The JMTC Extreme GTD47 upgrade boasts a high-pressure, high-flow, dual-scrolling turbo that features a substantial 50mm compressor wheel. It's important to note that to harness the additional power, a custom tune is required. Running without a tune will result in minimal to no HP gain.

For engine and turbocharger reliability, JMTC recommends a 3.0" or larger downpipe/exhaust size for the GTD turbochargers. Please avoid using the stock downpipe or stock-sized catalytic converter.

The OEM intake boot can be used with the removal of the inner sleeve for N14 engines. For N18 engines, the OEM boot at the turbo connection will need to be heated and expanded slightly, which can be done with a heat gun. This turbocharger also fits AEM intake, NM Eng intake, and Forge Intake (Boot). Please note that the hose might need to be warmed and stretched over with a hose expander.
