This is a complete Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your stock LPFP assembly with a new E85 certified one. This solution provides up to 300% more flow than stock and this assembly can be purchased one of three ways to meet your needs. Trade-in: (Domestic and Canada) This option allows you to receive a rebuilt/upgraded stock bucket with two new Walbro 450 pumps, filters, and fittings to swap out your stock LPFP assembly and requires a $150 *core deposit. Trade-in: (Euro) This option allows you to receive a rebuilt/upgraded stock bucket with two new Walbro 450 pumps, filters, and fittings to swap out your stock LPFP assembly and requires a $300 *core deposit. New Build: This option includes a new VDO LPFP bucket that is upgraded with new Walbro 450 pumps, filters, and fittings. No core deposit required but is eligible for a core refund of $50 should you elect to return your *stock bucket. (US Spec only) All three options include the following: A complete plug and play solution by simply replacing your stock bucket. However, to utilize the secondary, an additional wiring harness must be installed. This is a complete plug and play kit to install a Bluetooth ethanol sensor in your E-Series BMW. (Check compatibility for your platform below) This kit replaces the stock fuel lines from the fuel tank to the engine bay with an upgrade -6an E85 compatible fuel line and adds an ethanol sensor and Bluetooth analyzer to monitor your ethanol content. This kit features a 0-5 volt analog output that integrates with the JB4, analog gauge, or any other ECU or tuner that supports 0-5 volt input. All of these kits utilize a custom billet aluminum fittings to integrate with the stock fittings so no modifications are needed. For your fuel line upgrade, choose the option that supports your current configuration. HPFP to the fuel tank: (Stock) This upgrade replaces both stock fuel lines with one upgraded continuous fuel line from the fuel tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor. Port Injection to the fuel tank: If you are running our port injection kit, this upgrade replaces the stock fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay, integrates the ethanol sensor and then utilizes a Y adapter to supply the HPFP and PI with fuel. Our custom fittings remove those tee's and extra fittings for a cleaner high flow setup. Non-Fuel-It! port injection to fuel tank: Choose this option if you are running a port injection kit that we did not manufacture or sell. This kit includes a longer 18" feedline from the Y to the port injection rail. You then cut the feed line to the length you need and install the included -6an female fitting or -6an female elbow to make the connection to your port injection rail. *These kits are available for off-road use only *Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated. *For the BMW N54 E-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #15 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable pin location 15/16 flex fuel input. *For the BMW N55 E-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #16 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable pin location 15/16 flex fuel input. *Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated.

While factory coil upgrades such as S55, and our own N54 coil upgrades do provide more spark, the BMW B58 ignition coils are extremely robust and can support well over 1000whp with no issues. This means a plug, and play affordable solution that fits like stock, and looks AMAZING doing so! Vargas's 6061-T6 Billet bracket comes in a variety of colors including matching shades for every N54 Valve Cover we offer (even the cast wrinkle). This means you can mix and match the color of the bracket with coil color, with VC color to truly tailor your engine bay to look exactly how you want it to! The kit comes with the following: 1 – Billet Aluminum Coil Bracket in the color of choice or Genuine Carbon Fiber 6 – Plug and play VTT wiring harnesses 6 – Custom VTT stalks to convert the B58 coils to the N54 head (We ensure proper spring length inside the boot for optimal spring to plug contact) 6 – Coils in the color of choice (optional) **Note: This only fits the stock N54 Valve covers or Vargas Billet and Cast Valve Covers.
