This is a complete Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your stock LPFP assembly with a new E85 certified one. This solution provides up to 300% more flow than stock and this assembly can be purchased one of three ways to meet your needs. Trade-in: (Domestic and Canada) This option allows you to receive a rebuilt/upgraded stock bucket with two new Walbro 450 pumps, filters, and fittings to swap out your stock LPFP assembly and requires a $150 *core deposit. Trade-in: (Euro) This option allows you to receive a rebuilt/upgraded stock bucket with two new Walbro 450 pumps, filters, and fittings to swap out your stock LPFP assembly and requires a $300 *core deposit. New Build: This option includes a new VDO LPFP bucket that is upgraded with new Walbro 450 pumps, filters, and fittings. No core deposit required but is eligible for a core refund of $50 should you elect to return your *stock bucket. (US Spec only) All three options include the following: A complete plug and play solution by simply replacing your stock bucket. This is a complete plug and play kit to install a Bluetooth ethanol sensor in your E-Series BMW. (Check compatibility for your platform below) This kit replaces the stock fuel lines from the fuel tank to the engine bay with an upgrade -6an E85 compatible fuel line and adds an ethanol sensor and Bluetooth analyzer to monitor your ethanol content. This kit features a 0-5 volt analog output that integrates with the JB4, analog gauge, or any other ECU or tuner that supports 0-5 volt input. All of these kits utilize a custom billet aluminum fittings to integrate with the stock fittings so no modifications are needed. For your fuel line upgrade, choose the option that supports your current configuration. HPFP to the fuel tank: (Stock) This upgrade replaces both stock fuel lines with one upgraded continuous fuel line from the fuel tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor. Port Injection to the fuel tank: If you are running our port injection kit, this upgrade replaces the stock fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay, integrates the ethanol sensor and then utilizes a Y adapter to supply the HPFP and PI with fuel. Our custom fittings remove those tee's and extra fittings for a cleaner high flow setup. Non-Fuel-It! port injection to fuel tank: Choose this option if you are running a port injection kit that we did not manufacture or sell. This kit includes a longer 18" feedline from the Y to the port injection rail. You then cut the feed line to the length you need and install the included -6an female fitting or -6an female elbow to make the connection to your port injection rail. *These kits are available for off-road use only *Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated. *For the BMW N54 E-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #15 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable pin location 15/16 flex fuel input. *For the BMW N55 E-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #16 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable pin location 15/16 flex fuel input. *Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated.

Free Up Real S65 Power — Engineered the Turner Way Your S65 is already making the power. This kit simply lets you keep more of it. The Active Autowerke Power Pulley Kit for the BMW E9X M3 reduces parasitic drag at the crankshaft, trimming rotational mass and freeing up horsepower that would otherwise be consumed by accessory drive load. The result is a measurable increase in rear-wheel output without sacrificing the balance, cooling capacity, or long-term durability expected from a properly engineered BMW upgrade. The crank pulley is CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum and finished with a hard-coat anodize for durability under sustained high-RPM operation. Unlike undersized pulleys that compromise system function, this design maintains proper operating characteristics while delivering real-world gains. Late-2007 production E9X M3 models transitioned to a double-sided (DPK) A/C belt configuration. Rather than forcing a workaround, Active Autowerke developed a proper DPK-compatible solution — including the correct matched belt. Applicable kits also include a spare DPK belt for added insurance. Dyno testing on a Mustang chassis dyno confirms gains of 10–12+ rear-wheel horsepower on an otherwise stock vehicle. Installation is fully reversible and requires no permanent modification.
