Tired of oil leaks from your plastic OEM S65 spark plug tubes? So were we, so we did something about it! VTT Anodized billet 6061 Aluminum S65 spark plug tubes. We took the OEM tubes and redesigned them. Then machined them out of billet 6061, anodized them in black, and added a US-made Viton O-ring with more surface area to ensure a leak-free connection for the life of your S65 that will not break down over time. The 55 series of engines has notoriously had ignition problems with the factory coils, while aftermarket upgrades do exist, they can be bulky. The solution is the BMW B58 ignition coils which are extremely robust and can support well over 1000WHP with no issues. This means a plug-and-play affordable solution that fits like stock, and looks AMAZING doing so! We designed our own 6061-T6 Billet bracket in a plethora of colors including matching shades for every S55/N55 Valve Cover. This means you can mix and match the color of the bracket with coil color, with VC color to truly tailor your engine bay to look exactly how you want it to! The kit comes with the following: 3 – Billet Aluminum Coil Brackets in the color of choice 6 – Plug and play VTT wiring harnesses 6 – Custom VTT stalks to convert the B58 coils to the S55/N55 head (We ensure proper spring length inside the boot for optimal spring-to-plug contact) *NOTE: Flash setting changes may be required when installing the conversion kit to ensure the proper function of the B58 coils with S55/N55 DME. RACING SPARK PLUG FOR M50/M52/M54 ENGINES
These spark plugs are recommended by BMW Motorsport for use in their DTC racing engines. We find a slight horsepower increase and greatly increased durability over the OEM road car spark plugs in competition use. We attribute the improvements to the fact that these spark plugs are designed for the high temperatures and cylinder pressures encountered in a racing engine. These spark plugs are a direct replacement and come pre-gapped just like the factory road car plugs.
Please note: these plugs are not for the S54 engine in the E46 M3, MZ3, or Z4 M

Sometimes a bad coil may just be a broken or damaged connector boot. This is especially true on cars with a leaking valve cover gasket where the oil has contamintated the rubber boot and the electrical parts inside. This boot can be replaced on its own without having to buy a whole new coil. This part is also useful if you purchased a coil that did not come with a new boot.
