Unlike other aftermarket mounts, the mounting plate and studs of our mounts have been Zinc-plated to prevent corrosion. Rogue Engineering Transmission Mounts are sold as a pair, and come with Grade 8 Zinc plated hardware. Rogue Engineering transmission mounts are designed with street comfort in mind while still reducing left and right movement of the transmission. By using a cylindrical shape instead of the factory hourglass like design and utilizing Neoprene rubber deflection can be significantly reduced, minimizing unwanted transmission movement while maintaining vibration dampening characteristics.

The part is necessary for the conversion to ensure that the shifter correctly aligns with the hole in the transmission tunnel. This part only works with 6 cylinder cars.
