This is a complete Low Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your weak stock LPFP assembly with a high-flow E85-certified one. Standard Kit Includes: A brand new OEM LPFP bucket that is upgraded with a new Walbro 450 or 525 pump and filter. A new E85 compatible Walbro 450 pump (F90000274) that flows 50% more fuel than stock Optional A new E85 compatible Walbro 525 pump (F90000285) that flows 65% more fuel than stock NOTE: Owners with I-Drive may get a Fuel pump warning on the screen that says "Continued driving is possible. Have the system checked by your BMW center as soon as possible." As long as the car is running fine and does not exhibit any other symptoms, there is not an issue with the pump and this can be ignored. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us. Upgraded pumps pull more current, so if your EKP (LPFP control module) is weak, it may overheat causing it to shut down and need to be replaced. If this is a concern for you check out our Stage 3 fuel pump upgrade kits that retain the stock LPFP and add a secondary pump.

This is a complete Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your stock LPFP assembly with a new E85 certified one. The new Walbro 450 pump provides approximately 100% more flow than stock and this assembly can be purchased one of three ways to meet your needs.

Trade-in:
- This option allows you to receive a rebuilt/upgraded stock bucket with a new Walbro 450 pump, filter, and fittings to swap out your stock LPFP assembly. A $150 core deposit is included in the price that will be refunded when we receive your *stock bucket.
New Build:
- This option includes a new LPFP bucket that is upgraded with a new Walbro 450 pump, filter, and fittings. No core deposit is required but you are eligible for a core refund of $50 should you elect to return your *stock bucket.

Both options include the following:

A complete plug and play solution by simply replacing your stock bucket
A new E85 compatible Walbro 450 pump
A new Walbro filter
A custom fitting that is tuned to optimize the venturi and pump output
Spare vent tube clip
Flow testing prior to shipping
Recommended accessories:
- Lock Ring Removal Tool

To be eligible for a core return, the bucket must be completely stock and undamaged. (Pump itself does not have to be functioning)

+ International customers: Due to different emissions requirements, the top portion of your fuel bucket (top hat) is different and doesn't have a large vent tube connection. For this reason, we are no longer sending the top hat to international customers as this often causes confusion. Those customers will simply re-use their current top hat when installing their Stage 2 pump.

- All Stage 2 assemblies are stock buckets that have been rebuilt and may show signs of being disassembled and rebuilt. They are all flow tested and verified before being shipped.

This LPFP needs NO additional pumps, wiring harnesses, etc etc. It will support up to 800WHP on Ethanol percentages as high as E98 and will support much higher power levels with less E content as long as you have the octane to support it. For the pump, we start with a factory bucket, we modify it extensively to accept our custom PFS Brushless fuel pump. We then re-terminate the factory wiring to accept the new pump. No wiring splices, done the same way the factory does -the right way. Every single pump is then fully tested on our flow bench to ensure proper function before shipping -you’re going to be installing a product that has already proven itself. This pump is a true drop-in meaning you pull the factory unit out, install this pump, plug the factory plug into the hat, and you are done. The stock ECU controls the pump fully, and NO tune changes are required to take advantage of it. Brand new build: You keep your old pump, we send you a brand-new PFS bucket
