This can cause check engine lights, a rough idle, and can make a mess, often covering the attached engine accessories in oil. If your valve cover has cracked or warped, we highly recommend replacing it with this Genuine BMW valve cover assembly. This replacement valve cover comes with new gaskets, BMW p/n 11129797205 and 11127617411, and new mounting hardware to attach the valve cover to the cylinder head.
