For restorations or major chassis and undercarriage work, the correct prep and materials are essential for a long-lasting and rust-free finished project. In our own shop we perform chassis work such as subframe reinforcements, chassis stiffening, roll cages, and other custom work that involves cutting or stripping to bare metal. And since we're located in the Northeast we run into the occasional rust. We sometimes have to take additional measures to prevent rust and corrosion down the road.
