These heavy-duty clutch kits use aluminum lightweight flywheels with sport clutch components to give your clutch the grip and clamping force it needs to cope with high torque upgrades. Our kits were developed through racing programs by companies affiliated with our own race team - JB Racing, Sachs Sport, OS Giken, and UUC Motorwerks. JB Racing is the leader in aluminum lightweight flywheel upgrades. They are direct replacements for the stock dual-mass flywheels with steel contact surfaces and computer balanced to 14,000 RPM. JB has partnered with Sachs to spec sport/HD clutch discs and pressure plates that work seamlessly with their aluminum flywheels. The result is a clutch/flywheel upgrade package that functions a lot like the original clutch combo with near-stock levels of effort and engangement but with a much higher torque capacity. This clutch pedal bushing kit for the BWW G80 M3, G82 M4, G87 M2, and the MK5 Toyota Supra replaces all of the factory plastic bushings that wear out, warp, and are just an overall sloppy and poor design, with the highest quality CNC machined billet pieces. Clutch Masters' kit includes two stainless steel bushings that replace the factory plastic bushings for the clutch pedal pivot point as well as a stainless steel clutch pedal pin that replaces the factory plastic pin. Also included in the kit are two billet aluminum pins that replace the factory plastic pins that hold the clutch master cylinder in place. The Clutch Masters Factory Fit FX350 Series Twin Discs kit for the 2021+ BMW G80 M3 and G82 M4 with the amazing S58 engine and a 6-Speed manual transmission was developed to bridge the gap between replacing the comfortable driving twin disc that came in these cars from the factory and one of the more race orientated 725, 850 or 1000 Series twin disc kits. As OE auto manufactures continue to push for more and more power, they are typically equipping those cars lucky enough to be outfitted with a manual transmission with a twin disc clutch. But what happens when the factory clutch starts to wear out or slip because you've modified and tuned the car? Lots of owners of these higher end powerful cars still want to maintain a car that is easy to drive on the street, yet still be able reliably take the abuse they inevitably want to throw at it. Most aren't looking to go full race car and install a twin disc designed for such use, there has to be a compromise. The answer to these dilemmas is a Factory Fit FX Series Twin Disc Clutch Kits. Using components similar to what came in the car from the factory, the CM engineering team does everything they can to expand and improve upon the OE twin disc in many ways. Using higher end friction materials, lighter materials and expertise in developing performance clutch kits for over 45 years, CM has dialed in a twin disc kit that bridges the gap between full race car and luxury daily driver making serious horsepower. In the case of the BMW G8X twin disc, we have done away with the factory self-adjusting cover, a little over 10lbs of weight reduction in the entire assembly, and we have gone from an 8.5" disc to a 9.5" disc for significantly more disc surface area. The Clutch Masters FX Series Twin Disc kits utilize proven friction materials found in the FX Series Single Disc Clutch kits and are available in several different configurations to suit you and your cars needs. The Factory Fit FX350 Series Twin disc will come as a complete replacement kit utilizing a lightweight aluminum Type 3 hard anodized flywheel, steel floater, factory style stamped steel cover, two DLX clutch discs utilizing Fiber Tough friction material, throw out bearing, and clutch fork. Eliminate the factory clutch delay valve and enjoy faster, more precise clutch engagement with the ECS Clutch Delay Valve (CDV) Removal Tool Kit. Designed for F and G-Chassis manual BMWs, this kit makes removing the hydraulic restrictor safe, simple, and reliable, no slave cylinder removal required.

Most modern BMWs come from the factory with a plastic slave cylinder featuring a CDV, intended to smooth engagement and reduce driveline shock for less experienced drivers. In practice, this restrictor can dull pedal feedback, slow shifts, and increase clutch wear. Removing it restores the sharp, direct clutch feel that BMW enthusiasts expect.

Removal and Installation:

Disconnect the Clutch Line
Remove the clutch line from the slave cylinder to access the factory clutch delay valve.
Remove the Restrictor Plate
Thread the removal tool into the center of the small grommet. Once engaged, carefully pull the tool to remove the grommet and restrictor plate. The small rubber sealing O-ring will come out along with the plate.
Reinstall the O-Ring
Place the rubber O-ring onto the installation tool. Insert the tool into the slave cylinder to properly seat the O-ring in its original position.
Reconnect and Bleed the Clutch
Reattach the clutch line, add fluid, and bleed the system according to your manufacturer’s instructions.
Enjoy Enhanced Clutch Feel
With the delay valve removed, your clutch now engages faster and more predictably, giving your manual transmission the sharp, connected feel it was designed for.

The Clutch Masters FX1000 is a 10.00” (254mm) Twin Disc clutch unit designed for high horsepower applications that performs well on the track and can even withstand heavy street use. The strap-driven plate design allows for smooth engagement and minimal clutch chatter while still being able to withstand hard launching, clutch kicking, and high RPM shifting. Designed for the enthusiast who pushes the limits of performance on their high powered vehicle and wants to maintain excellent pedal feel. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum and is then Type 3 hard anodized. Our billet covers have roughly 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. By focusing our ability on machining the strongest cover possible while maintaining minimal weight, we are basically able to eliminate any flex in the cover. Our billet covers see only .003" of flex where as a cast or stamped unit can see as much as .030" of flex. By eliminating this flex in the cover, the driver is able to operate the clutch much more consistently and confidently. All the movement being applied to the diaphragm of the clutch from the throw-out bearing is used solely to engage and disengage the clutch and isn't wasted by the cover flexing first. The strength of our covers also results in greater clamping force over the same amount of area vs. a cast or stamped cover. This means our twin discs are easy to drive and have superior clamping force to make sure all the power your engine is making is being utilized. Flywheels are made for each specific application in either aluminum or steel. Our aluminum flywheels are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum to meet SFI spec 1.2 for competition in NHRA, NDRA, IDRC, IHRA, SCCA and NASA. Aluminum flywheels are Type 3 hard coat anodized to ensure their durability and performance lasts. Each aluminum flywheel includes a replaceable insert. Steel flywheels are machined from 1045 billet cores and are then black oxide treated for rust prevention.

As OE auto manufactures continue to push for more and more power, they are typically equipping those cars lucky enough to be outfitted with a manual transmission with a twin disc clutch. But what happens when the factory clutch starts to wear out or slip because you've modified and tuned the car? Lots of owners of these higher end powerful cars still want to maintain a car that is easy to drive on the street, yet still be able to reliably take the abuse they inevitably want to throw at it. Most aren't looking to go full race car and install a twin disc designed for such use, there has to be a compromise. The answer to these dilemmas is a Factory Fit FX Series Twin Disc Clutch Kits. Using components similar to what came in the car from the factory, the CM engineering team does everything they can to expand and improve upon the OE twin disc in many ways. Using higher end friction materials, lighter materials and our expertise in developing performance clutch kits for over 45 years, we dial in a twin disc kit that bridges the gap between full race car and luxury daily driver making serious horsepower. In the case of the BMW G8X twin disc, we have done away with the factory self-adjusting cover, a little over 10lbs of weight reduction in the entire assembly, and we have gone from an 8.5" disc to a 9.5" disc for significantly more disc surface area. The Clutch Masters FX Series Twin Disc kits utilize proven friction materials found in the FX Series Single Disc Clutch kits and are available in several different configurations to suit you and your cars needs. The FX400/HDC6 (6-Puck) ceramic paddle design creates a quick and rapid engagement as well as clutch chatter that may not be ideal for street driven vehicles. *Warning* Due to the solid (no Marcel) friction rivet design, the FX400 6-Puck disc engages very quickly and may chatter slightly in first and reverse. To help alleviate this problem, we only use premium ceramic friction material. **Ceramic based clutch disc are not intended to increase the life expectancy of a clutch but rather to increase the holding capacity and improve the durability of the clutch.
