Installation Details:
The PFF5-220 Lower Torque Mount Bracket & Bushing (Yellow 70A and Purple 80A) serves as an exceptional replacement for the OE mount, addressing issues related to cracking and excessive engine movement. Offering a remarkable 300% stiffness compared to the OE counterpart, it's recommended for fast road use in standard or mildly tuned cars. With a CNC machined aluminum lower torque mount and various durometer bushing options, it significantly enhances on/off throttle handling and gear shifting precision. Moreover, it simplifies replacement with a hassle-free installation requiring just two bolts, omitting the need for pressing out any rubber. While delivering improved handling, it may introduce a slight increase in NVH, especially at idle, dependent on the chosen material's stiffness.
