Dual-mass flywheels are also known to be less reliable in tuned or modified setups and can be expensive to replace when they fail.

Weighing in at just 17 lbs., this flywheel sheds nearly 10 lbs. of rotating mass compared to the OEM unit—transforming throttle response, acceleration, and clutch feel for a more engaging and dynamic driving experience.
**This flywheel is to match with a factory type or aftermarket NON Dampened clutch kit!** MINIs factory set up engagement is dampened by the dual mass flywheel. This will be a little more aggressive engagement of the clutch over the stock factory set up as they system in not dampened!! Can be used from daily to the track days.
