When dealing with a high-pressure fuel pump in the front, you can swiftly diagnose a potential issue with the rear fuel pump. Simply listen for a distinct sound when you open the door or unlock your car. The rear fuel pump should emit a high-pitched, quick whine originating from the fuel tank, lasting only a few seconds. If this sound is absent, it could indicate a problem with the primary rear fuel pump.
