Front design options offer flexibility, with choices like Caster/Camber Plates, Camber plates, and Rubber Mount Plates, allowing for up to 3 degrees of camber adjustment. Rubber Mount Plates excel in reducing unwanted NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness).
Lower shock mounts come in two variations: either crafted from 6061-T6 Aluminum, like the upper mounts (Fork or Bolt Eye Style Mount), milled from a single piece, or made from high-quality STKM13C steel with robotic welding. Both styles are powder-coated to enhance corrosion protection and aesthetics.
BC Racing leaves no stone unturned when it comes to spring quality. They utilize SAE9254 steel for all springs, incorporating a Zinc coating beneath a powder-coated finish. This design ensures rust resistance, preserving spring performance and reliability. Linear springs are preferred wherever possible, but if the vehicle's original design limits their use, S-Barrel or V-Barrel springs are employed to match OE shape and style requirements. Spring rates are carefully matched to achieve the desired linear rate.

The shock bodies feature a 53mm diameter, enhancing strength, performance, and fluid capacity, unless space constraints dictate otherwise. To top it all off, the shocks are treated with a black chrome finish for a clean, unified look and increased resistance to corrosion.

MINI F60 BR Series Coilover Suspension Kit Without DDC F60 is engineered by BC Racing to deliver exceptional performance for both street and track driving. This coilover suspension kit is designed to fit all stock mounting locations and components seamlessly. Known for its versatility, it features 30 levels of dampening adjustment for precise control over both compression and rebound. The kit offers a minimum ride height drop of 2 inches and can achieve up to 3+ inches of total drop.
Factory Pre-set Damping
The Variant 1 is KW's basic simple and effective coil over kit that is still packed with lots of features -
This is the ideal coil over kit for a F48 owner who wants a lower, more aggressive stance and better handling. KW has set the shock damping rates to be an excellent balance for a smooth yet taut ride, and to resist bodyroll motions for better handling. The Variant 1 differs from the Street Comfort set in that it has stiffer springs and revised shock settings. If you want a sportier ride and better handling than stock the Variant 1 is an excellent choice.
Coil over suspensions are better engineered suspension options compared to a standard shock + spring package. Since the springs and shocks in a coil over are designed by a team of engineers to work together, there is much better suspension travel and more precisely tuned specifications for spring and shock rates. Using separate shock and spring specs may result in premature coil bind or shock bottoming. And most coil over kits offer more features than the traditional packages. Coil overs are also more useful when larger wheels/tires are used because you can precisely set the ride heights to clear the new tires.
Fitment Note: Wheel spacers may be required depending on wheel/tire sizing and ride height setting.
Cars with the factory EDC electronic adjustable shocks must have the system disabled with the optional KW EDC Cancellation Kit (or similar). This is a direct fit for cars without EDC.
