For a comprehensive rear end upgrade, consider purchasing two sets of control arms to replace both upper and lower control arms. This minimizes deflection from the OEM rubber bushings and reduces weight. Please note that on models with Xenon-style headlamps, some modifications to the leveling sensor mounting may be necessary. Available in two sizes - 0% Stock Sized and +2% Oversized - this pulley is engineered for Supercharged Cooper S models. Crafted from 6061T6 aluminum, the ALTA pulley is lightweight, weighing just 0.65 lbs, providing a weight reduction of over 2.3 lbs compared to the stock crank pulley.
Crafted from lightweight 6061T6 aluminum, the ALTA SC pulley body reduces the supercharger's rotational inertia, significantly enhancing your Mini's engine responsiveness. This innovative pulley design integrates cross-drilled holes to amplify belt grip and mitigate belt slippage, especially during belt stretching. Furthermore, it incorporates oversized belt retainers to prevent belts from jumping off. Available in two sizes—15% and 17% reductions—the 15% reduction option, a market standard, delivers safe power gains of around 20WHP, ensuring a smoother and enhanced performance.
