You will find either 6 or 8 E10 bolts are holding the harmonic balancer depending on the engine.

This is an OEM INA mechanical tensioner for the serpentine belt. This tensioner keeps the belt for the alternator, power steering and Air Conditioning taught to provide maximum performance of each system.
