This is an OEM Nissens Air conditioning evaporator core for BMW E46 3 series and E83 X3's. This evaporator core is located inside the cabin under the dash. It helps to transfer the cool air from the compressor to the cabin. A leaking evaporator can cause poor A/C performance and cooling.
