BMW intake manifold electronics are essential for optimizing airflow and fuel mixture, ensuring peak engine performance, efficiency, and throttle response. These components include sensors, actuators, and control modules that regulate air distribution and adjust for varying driving conditions. Common problems with BMW intake manifold electronics include faulty sensors, failing actuators, and wiring issues, which can lead to poor engine performance, rough idling, reduced fuel efficiency, or even a check engine light. Malfunctioning electronics can disrupt the air-fuel ratio, causing power loss and increased emissions. Replacing defective BMW intake manifold electronics with high-quality, OEM or aftermarket components restores proper airflow management, enhances throttle response, and ensures smooth engine operation. Whether for a BMW E90, F30, or other models, upgrading intake manifold electronics is crucial for maintaining optimal engine performance and long-term reliability.

Race German has devoted themselves to providing quality products for late model BMWs that cover both street and track applications. Race German has now grown their catalog to a wide variety of models and products geared towards keeping your car looking and running nice. A popular conversion on OBD2 M52/S52 engines, is to convert to the M50 intake manifold. The problem with this is, the OBD2 engine harness uses intake air temperature readings. To solve this problem, Race German has carefully milled down the OEM intake air temperature sensor, and re-threaded to the correct threads that are on the M50 intake manifold. The sensor used is an OEM sensor.
