Made in the USA 10mm Fitment Note: You must be very careful when fitting 10mm spacers to any BMW. Since the depth of the hubcentric lip will vary, you risk bottoming out of the spacer before it sits flush with the hub. This will leave a gap between the spacer and the hub, seriously compromising the strength of the spacer. The lip on the car may need to be shaved down so the 10mm spacer will fit flush on the rotor hat. Extended Wheel Bolts Longer wheel bolts or wheel studs are required for all BMW wheel spacers. This kit includes: Red Mishimoto Aluminum Locking Lug Nuts 63mm Wheel Studs (20) This gives you permanent wheel hangers and saving you time and less hassle! Simply screw in the supplied studs and you are in business. Why use wheel studs instead of wheel bolts? Some racing entities require wheel studs for the added confidence of wheel-to-hub contact. In order to run spacers with wheel bolts, custom lengths are required for different spacer widths. Wheel studs are designed to accommodate various spacer widths all in one application. Wheel studs stay in the hub, which means you are no longer constantly removing and installing your wheel bolts. The benefit? Less wear on your wheel hubs, meaning less premature wear. Since your wheel studs remain in the hub, it also means changing/removing tires becomes incredibly quick and easy. *Note: Thread-locking compound is recommended during installation. BBS Wheels combine decades of race proven quality and German engineering with stunning good looks. Wheel studs are among the safest and most beneficial upgrades you can make on a track car. Not only are wheel studs safer than wheel bolts but they make changing wheels/tires much easier. One of the frustrating things about installing your wheels on the hub is that it's difficult to line up the wheel on the bolt holes. As wheels get larger but also heavier it's even more trouble. Add in a wheel spacer and the task is twice as hard. BMW does produce a wheel alignment pin for this purpose but if you're changing wheels often a stud conversion is the better way to go.

Our original bullet nose studs are available in 60mm, 75mm, 82mm, or 90mm. The 75mm works great for cars that do not use a spacer (or a spacer smaller than 10mm). We recommend the 90mm length for cars that have spacers up to 20mm. The 82mm length is a happy medium between the 75mm and the 90mm. These studs come with a OEM-style black zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance. These studs are perfect for dual-purpose street/track cars. The studs are stronger and safer than wheel bolts with protection against corrosion which makes them suitable for street use. For a dedicated race or track car, where wheel changes or pit stops are more frequent, check out our racing dry lube studs.

Our studs are also designed and manufactured with the properly sized shank to work with a wider range of BMW wheel, nut, and brake rotor combinations. We intentionally avoid the extra large shoulders you see on other studs because they can interfere with some brake rotor hats. The extra large shoulder can be too large to allow the rotor to pass through and drilling out the holes is required (not cool!) Our studs have the sufficient shank for the brake rotor without interfering.

Not all wheel studs are created equal. We don't take a manufacturer's generic wheel stud from their catalog and call it our own. Turner Wheel Studs are manufactured to meet our own specifications. Beware of cheaper studs on the market! We have seen other studs similar to our own designs that are not a true BMW fitment. There are differences that we have ironed out over our years of selling wheel studs for the BMW market. Our stud prices may be slightly higher than the rock bottom prices on the web but we promise that it's a higher quality.

19mm compact lug nut to fit 12x1.5 thread wheel studs (common for most BMWs made before 2012). This wheel nut has a reduced outer flange for a more compact and minimal fitment. On many wheels, the hole for the lugbolt or lugnut is a very narrow diameter. Not even the stock lugbolt will fit through and these wheels often come with their own lugbolts. Then when adding studs to the car the options for a small diameter lug nut are very limited. We ran into this problem over and over and finally found a solution! These compact lugs have all of the material of a 19mm nut but without the flange of a standard wheel nut. For this reason we do not recommend using these on a wheel that normally takes a standard bolt seat (the seat is very important to the strength and integrity of the design). But for wheels that are designed to use a small seat, these are the solution! Bright and durable zinc finish makes them easy to spot during fast pitstop tire changes.

They are high grade (10.9) and feature a durable bright silver finish. These are 12 x 1.5mm bolts with a 17mm head -- as used on most BMWs. Replaces BMW part numbers 36136781150 and 36131095390.

7.5MM (.30 inch) 1-piece Integrated Wheel Spacer and Hub Extender for BMW F80 M3, F82 M4

Wheel spacers are the ideal solution to resolve a number of fitment and aesthetic problems. Spacers allow you to correct wheel offset issues, clearance for big brakes or suspension or bodywork, to improve handling and stability by increasing track width, or simply to get the right look and stance. Our spacers are engineered precisely for BMWs, with multiple features that other brands don't have, and have been rigorously tested by our race team and on our street project cars. We have the most advanced BMW wheel spacers on the market because we are BMW specialists and we design, engineer, and manufacture them in-house.

Our in-house R&D dept. solved a shortcoming that is inherent with all small flat spacers - not enough lip is left on the hub for the wheel to rest on. BMW designs their wheels to fit on the lip protruding from the hub. The bolts alone are not designed to support the wheel. Placing a flat spacer on the lip reduces the amount of lip available and transfers more stress to the wheel bolts. Since the bolts alone were not designed this way, the bolts and the hub will fail eventually. So our R&D dept. came up with an ingenious combined Spacer and Hub Extender that incorporates a new hub with a flat spacer (a true hubcentric 7.5-8mm spacer). The Turner Interlocking Technology Spacers have a bridged support structure that fits in the voids of the unique M3/M4 hub. This gives an interlocking fitment for the spacer with a new full lip for the wheel to rest on. All other M3/M4 7-8mm spacers are now old news and it would be crazy to run a flat spacer instead of these!

Our spacers are manufactured in-house from an aerospace-grade aluminum, then finished in a military-spec hardcoat that is stronger and more durable than normal anodizing. We finish our spacers in a stealthy grey or black color so they blend in with the wheel and hub. We also use the correct diameter spacer so there is no unsightly step between the wheel and hub. The part number and Turner logo are laser engraved for easy identification. Pockets on the backside of the spacer are a Turner Motorsport innovation and aid in removing a stubborn spacer from the hub. Longer wheel bolts or studs are required with these spacers. Several styles of wheel bolts or studs are offered for a safe and complete install.

The depth of the lip must not be greater than the thickness of the spacer. 5MM (.20 inch) 1-piece Integrated Wheel Spacer and Hub Extender for BMW F80 M3, F82 M4

Wheel spacers are the ideal solution to resolve a number of fitment and aesthetic problems. Spacers allow you to correct wheel offset issues, clearance for big brakes or suspension or bodywork, to improve handling and stability by increasing track width, or simply to get the right look and stance. Our spacers are engineered precisely for BMWs, with multiple features that other brands don't have, and have been rigorously tested by our race team and on our street project cars. We have the most advanced BMW wheel spacers on the market because we are BMW specialists and we design, engineer, and manufacture them in-house.

Our in-house R&D dept. solved a shortcoming that is inherent with all small flat spacers - not enough lip is left on the hub for the wheel to rest on. BMW designs their wheels to fit on the lip protruding from the hub. The bolts alone are not designed to support the wheel. Placing a flat spacer on the lip reduces the amount of lip available and transfers more stress to the wheel bolts. Since the bolts alone were not designed this way, the bolts and the hub will fail eventually. So our R&D dept. came up with an ingenious combined Spacer and Hub Extender that incorporates a new hub with a flat spacer (a true hubcentric 5mm spacer). The Turner Interlocking Technology Spacers have a bridged support structure that fits in the voids of the unique M3/M4 hub. This gives an interlocking fitment for the spacer with a new full lip for the wheel to rest on. All other M3/M4 5mm spacers are now old news and it would be crazy to run a flat spacer instead of these!

Our spacers are manufactured in-house from an aerospace-grade aluminum, then finished in a military-spec hardcoat that is stronger and more durable than normal anodizing. We finish our spacers in a stealthy grey or black color so they blend in with the wheel and hub. We also use the correct diameter spacer so there is no unsightly step between the wheel and hub. The part number and Turner logo are laser engraved for easy identification. Pockets on the backside of the spacer are a Turner Motorsport innovation and aid in removing a stubborn spacer from the hub. Longer wheel bolts or studs are required with these spacers. Several styles of wheel bolts or studs are offered for a safe and complete install.

	Required for all BMW wheel spacers is a set of longer wheel bolts or wheel studs. Spacers cannot be used with stock bolts. Our extended lug bolts are a very high quality and high grade steel lug bolt (grade 10.9). A black zinc coating will maintain a factory BMW appearance and provide long-lasting corrosion protection.
