Product Details

This is for a set of racing paddles for the BMW e46 M3 with the SMG II transmission. These beautifully vacuumed crafted paddles are made with carbon fiber and 6061 aircraft aluminum. Once you put these racing paddles on, you will never want to take them off again. It's the perfect item for track use and the bold design enhances the overall interior look.

You can wheel shift so much easier than the stock paddles. During turns, you can get a good 30% more rotation without having to remove your right hand and shift with these SMG lever. You can also wheel shift with your elbows resting on your legs since your fingers can reach the bottom of the paddles when your hands are placed on the lower (4:00 and 8:00) positions. So it's much more comfortable when just cruising, or when taking hard, tight turns. You can pretty much find these paddles on your steering wheel no matter where your hands are.

Replacing your SMG paddles is quite simple, and requires only a small allen wrench (we recommend a long "T-handle" style). As the SMG paddles do not connect to wires or switches in anyway, there is no wiring or difficult install required. This can be done in as little as 5 minutes.
