This catalytic converter is a direct fit replacement to OEM, but at a third of the cost. No welding required because these bolt on to your stock exhaust manifold and muffler. Backed by a manufacturers warranty - 5 years/25,000 miles . Legal in all states EXCEPT California. We also offer a version that is legal all 50 states including California. Manufactured by Magnaflow. This is a 400 cell catalyitc converter which is hiigher flowing & better performing than the 600-900 cell OEM catalytic. Replaces BMW part number 18301744162.
