Supertech Pistons are crafted from an advanced 4032 alloy, enriched with Cu, Ni & Mg, delivering low thermal expansion, exceptional wear resistance, and superior thermal conductivity. Engineered to withstand high pressure, these pistons have endured up to 42psi of boost with alcohol without issues.

A meticulous two or three-step forging process results in a refined structural grain, followed by precision machining in cutting-edge CNC machines.

Multiple heat treatments ensure high tensile strength and uniform hardness throughout the piston. Standard contact reduction grooves and precisely honed pin bores guarantee a snug fit. The wrist pins, made of cold-extruded chrome moly steel, offer superior strength and are secured with wire clip locks.

To protect against 'micro-welding' and enhance lubrication in the skirt/cylinder area, the pistons are coated with a 'phosphate dry lubricant'.

Compression ratios are calculated based on .030" head gasket and .010" deck, unless specified otherwise. Rings are available separately.
