Designed to replace BMW part # 11127853937, this kit suits S55B30 engines.

Comprising 14 11mm Studs, 14 Washers, and 14 Nuts, this kit provides heightened clamping force and improved head gasket sealing to prevent head gasket failure.

Note: This Head Stud Kit is purpose-built for BMW S55 engines and is not a retrofit from a Chrysler or Volvo kit like some other kits on the market.

Installation Instructions:

Thoroughly clean ALL threads in the block and, if necessary, chase them with ARP Thread Chaser for precise thread engagement and accurate torque readings. Inspect all hardware for potential defects or shipping damages. If studs protrude into a water jacket, apply ARP THREAD SEALER to lubricate block threads. Hand-tighten studs into the block. Install the cylinder head(s), checking for binding or misalignment. Lubricate stud threads, nuts, and washers with ARP ULTRA-TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT. Hand-tighten washers and nuts onto studs, utilizing ARP ULTRA-TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT.
