M-Technic Steering Wheel for E9x & E8x w/ Round Sport Airbag

This is a RARE Genuine BMW M-Technic steering wheel, which features perforated leather at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions, smooth leather at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions, and black stitching along the inside edge. This wheel has the same diameter and thickness as the E90/E92/E93 M3, and can be used on all non-paddle shift E90 and E92 which already have the rounded "sport package" airbag. On a non-M3, this wheel makes a huge improvement in both look and feel, giving your non-M the beefy hand grip thickness the M3s come with from the factory.

The attractive European style perforated leather not only looks great/unique, it also feels simply superb in your hands. This M-Tech steering wheel can be used to either upgrade the look and feel on a 2008+ M3, or for upgrading a non-M 3 series or 1 series, as long as your 3 series / 1 series is a 2007 or newer, and already has the compatible round "sport package" style airbag (see photo). You must reuse your existing airbag, and it MUST be the round style which came on the sport package models). Airbag is not included. Not compatible with paddle shift SMG/DCT models.

This item is the steering wheel only, and does not include the airbag or front fascia. You may add a new "M" style front trim panel, as pictured, for an additional charge, or you may reuse your current front fascia. If you opt to add the ///M trim panel, you must reuse the multi-function button panels as the trim panel does not include the button/switch units.
