The TURNER Corsa exhaust for the E90, E92 335i, and 335xi is a full cat-back system in a super large 3.5" tubing diameter. With a turbo engine like the N54 and N55 larger piping in the exhaust helps the turbo to push exhaust gases. The turbos become more efficient and are working less hard which helps with their longevity. The Corsa cat-back flows 35% better than the stock system! And a noticeable power boost comes with it too! This system bolts to the downpipes just like the factory exhaust, and includes a center resonator and two large rear mufflers. This system has been tuned to deliver a barking exhaust note at full throttle while remaining civilized and toned at moderate throttle openings and no drone at highway cruise! This exhaust features a single round 4.0" tip per side in either polished stainless or diamond black finish. The cat-back layout and extra large piping contribute to an 14hp gain on the dyno.

This exhaust is built completely from T-304 stainless steel, including the flex pipe, resonator, and mufflers. Factory style flanges allow the full system to mount to the stock, or aftermarket, downpipes and all of the factory hangers are re-used. Shims for the center transmission reinforcement complete this easy-to-install layout. The large, mandrel-bent tubing diameter is the best for flow and reducing backpressure on the turbo wheels. And thanks to patented Reflective Sound Cancellation (RSC), exhaust drone is all but eliminated.

Reflective Sound-Cancellation (RSC) technology - This technology is a non-electrical noise control system, where engine sound (pressure) waves are reflected in passages inside the muffler 180 degrees out of phase to cancel out unwanted sound waves. The result is a "tuned" muffler that "cleans up" the noise without eliminating the pure sound of power associated with a high-performance vehicle. Using the Corsa technology, the stainless steel Corsa Performance line of mufflers are tuned to eliminate passenger cabin resonance and produce just the "right" sound. The result is quieter cruising with an awe-inspiring roar at full throttle. This system is amazingly quiet during normal cruising, due to the "no drone" RSC technology, yet still has an aggressive presence and full sound while under throttle. This makes for ideal sound for those that want an aggressive "roar" while driving hard, yet still want a more discrete lower volume for normal cruising.

This is a full exhaust system, from the downpipes back. You can remove your stock exhaust as one long piece which greatly simplifies the install. The Corsa system uses all of the factory hangers and gaskets. Detailed photographic instructions are included. This system is 100% Made in the USA and carries a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. For 2007-2010 N54 models, a waiver of emissions compliance is required because this deletes the secondary catalytic converters but will have no effect on "Check Engine" warning lights.

This exhaust system eliminates the rear catalytic converters on N54 engined cars. This part alters or deletes the emissions equipment on your car, and may not meet emissions standards in all states. Because of this, we require a waiver of emissions compliance to be signed and sent in to TMS. You can download the waiver here.
