Engineered as a direct replacement for OEM BMW Part #13718601683, the BMS Elite charge pipe addresses the structural weaknesses of the factory charge air duct. Utilizing high-gauge aluminum and precision CNC-machined throttle body and turbo flanges, this upgrade eliminates the risk of boost leaks and pipe failure common at higher boost levels.

Integrated into this system is the Turbosmart® Raceport® blow-off valve, which manages excess pressure during throttle lift-off. This hardware configuration is essential for reducing compressor surge and maintaining turbocharger health.

Compatible with factory tuning, JB4, and flash tuning.

Specifications:

  • Material - High-gauge aluminum with a textured matte black finish.
  • Hardware - Includes heavy-duty reinforced silicone coupler and replacement C-clip/O-ring.
  • Ports - (3) 1/8" NPT bungs for methanol/water injection or external vacuum/boost sensors.
  • Valve Dynamics - High-flow Turbosmart® Raceport® BOV for atmospheric venting and surge protection.
