This is a replacement power steering pump - 3241094965 - fits BMW E46 325i 325ci 330i 330ci. These parts replace the LUK LF-20 pump with the updated LF-30 pump. Kit includes new power steering pump 32411094965 pump, Power steering hose - 32416764725 - and o-ring.
The LF-20 power steering pump is the type that these cars came with from the factory. Later models came equipped from BMW with an LF-30 Power Steering Pump which operates at higher pressure and requires less steering effort. Some drivers prefer the lighter steering, while other enthusiasts tend to prefer the LF-20's lower boost as they feel it provides better steering feel.
