Crankshaft Pulley Bolt & Assembly Hook Kit

Product Details

When pulling down the front of an S55 or N52 engine for a crank hub upgrade, timing chain service, or harmonic balancer replacement, using fresh factory hardware isn't optional—it's mandatory. This Genuine BMW hardware kit includes eight factory M8x20 crankshaft pulley bolts and the essential oil pump chain guide assembly hook. The factory-issued mounting bolts are torque-to-yield (stretch) fasteners designed to lock down the front vibration damper to the crank hub. Once stretched, they lose their structural integrity and cannot safely be retorqued. Whether you are prepping a track-day weapon or securing your daily driver, avoiding catastrophic engine damage means installing fresh, brand-new hardware. This kit delivers the peace of mind that only genuine, original BMW equipment can offer, matching the exact factory depth, grade, and tensile capacity required to handle aggressive RPM sweeps.

Key Features

• Complete Refresh Kit: Contains the exact volume of single-use harmonic balancer bolts required for a full installation, plus the factory assembly hook.

• No-Guesswork Fitment: Factory parts ensure flawless thread engagement and precise alignment of the oil pump chain guide rail.
