The factory N54 airbox does a good job of keeping the intake air clean, however, it limits the amount of air the engine receives.
The CTS Turbo Intake Kit gets rid of the factory enclosed filter in favor of two open-air inverted cone filters. This leads to gains of between 9-15hp and a glorious increase in engine noise.
