It replaces every speaker in your vehicle, from the midrange speakers, tweeters, down to the woofers under the seats. This system was specifically designed for BMW's acoustics and mounting locations, so the audio is perfectly balanced and tuned. This is a great DIY that only takes a couple hours, with the majority of the time being devoted to trim removal and replacement.
