A Touring is only as useful as its tailgate, and on the E61 the left-side wiring through the hinge is a known weak point. SenCom's kit restores it with 13 pre-assembled circuits of flexible silicone-insulated copper-tin wire at 1200mm. Butt connectors are already fitted, and a new rubber grommet seals the finished repair. You replace only the section that fails and keep the rest of the factory harness. A smart repair for E61 owners, from the 520i to the M5 Touring.
