Your factory end link brackets are a one piece design with an integrated stud made of flimsy metal with no coating to protect from the elements. What happens is the end link hardware rusts right to the integrated stud and when you go to remove/replace the end links or brackets they are one strong turn and a snap away from needing to be replaced.

Not only did ECS come up with a stronger solution with a superior resistance to corrosion but went the extra mile to incorporate hardware that can be replaced time and time again so you will never need to replace the brackets themselves. The end link brackets feature chamfers to fit perfectly in factory location and make for a straight forward install. The ECS Rear Damping Extension Kit solves that problem with a clean and functional solution. These flexible extensions relocate the adjustment knobs to an easily accessible point above the rear shock towers, letting you dial in your suspension from inside the cabin, no disassembly required.

Installation is straightforward: simply drill a small access hole in your interior trim and route the extension cables through. The adjustment knobs can be removed to allow the line to pass through smaller openings, minimizing cutting. For proper installation, be sure to fully loosen the set screw, insert the cable, then securely tighten it using the provided Allen key.
