If you're experiencing hard starting, flaky charging, or other electrical issues, your engine ground strap may be the culprit. On older BMWs, the engine ground strap is a thin, non-insulated cable that spans from the engine mount arm to the frame horn. Despite the seemingly simple nature of this part, on older cars, it is known to cause massive headaches. Due to its non-insulated design, years of exposure to water, dirt, and road salt will cause the wire to corrode, ultimately leading to complete failure. A break in this cable will cause an open circuit, resulting in issues with the vehicle's electrical system and potentially leading to a no-start condition.

To solve this issue, ECS has engineered an exact-fit, upgraded ground strap for your BMW! Unlike its OEM counterpart, this design features insulated, large-gauge copper wire for dependable conductivity and long-lasting durability. Additionally, factory-style lugs are zinc-coated, crimped, and soldered, ensuring protection against corrosion and oxidation.

Whether you're replacing a visibly corroded strap or proactively preventing failure, this solution from ECS is sure to provide lasting performance and protection.

FEATURES

Direct-fit replacement and upgrade for E30 (318i/is), E36, E39, E46, and others Solves intermittent grounding issues caused by aging OEM straps Clean, stealthy design that fits seamlessly in factory engine bays Factory length and lug orientation for drop-in fitment 2 AWG tinned copper cable for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance Zinc-coated lugs, crimped and soldered to resist moisture and oxidation Black UL1015-grade insulation withstands oil, heat, and abrasion Discreet ECS label for a clean, OEM+ look Replaces OEM part numbers 12421737755 and 12421714262.

The ECS Tuning Center Support Bearing Brace is engineered to improve drivetrain performance and longevity. The factory center support bearing features an internal rubber bushing to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) transmission to the cabin. Unfortunately, this material choice falls short when it comes to performance applications. Under extreme load conditions, this bushing is prone to flexing, resulting in driveshaft misalignment. To address the shortcomings of the factory rubber center support carrier design, ECS engineers developed a set of precision-fit, solid rubber bushings that secure tightly around the existing driveshaft bearing. Constructed from 30A durometer rubber, this material eliminates bushing deflection while maintaining minimal noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). By eliminating deflection, this innovative solution not only improves durability but also ensures a significantly longer service life than the OEM center support bearing—making it an excellent upgrade for aging BMW chassis.

The polyurethane bushings are surrounded by a robust 6061-T6 billet aluminum bracket designed with strength and reliability in mind. This bracket features a split design for hassle-free installation, eliminating the need to remove the driveshaft assembly entirely. To install the ECS Center Support Carrier, simply cut around your existing bearing, remove the factory brace, and clamp on your new bushings and bracket. This user-friendly approach saves time and simplifies maintenance or upgrades. Two stainless steel socket head screws are used to fasten the two-piece bracket, offering corrosion resistance and secure clamping under high torque and stress. This combination of materials and design ensures dependable performance and long-lasting durability, even in demanding applications.

Features & Benefits:

Performance-Designed Bushing Upgrade: 30A durometer rubber is used to eliminate bushing deflection while maintaining a smooth, quiet ride.
Improved Longevity: Solid rubber bushing construction offers a longer lifespan than the thin factory rubber, ideal for enthusiasts looking to eliminate future CSB-related problems.
Billet Aluminum Bracket: The upgraded bushings are encased in a 6061-T6 billet aluminum bracket for enhanced durability and improved performance.
Easy Installation: Both the bushings and the bracket feature a two-piece split design, allowing for seamless installation without driveshaft removal.
Reduce Deflection, Increase Rigidity: Designed with performance in mind, this upgrade eliminates excessive driveshaft movement for improved alignment and efficiency.

Upgrade your BMW's suspension with ECS Tuning Adjustable Sway Bar End Links, designed to provide up to 60mm (2.36") of adjustability. These end links allow you to eliminate sway bar preload or fine-tune it for specific racing needs and corner balancing. When installed, they improve drivetrain clearance and enhance sway bar responsiveness by reducing deflection, ensuring superior handling. Perfect for lowered vehicles using springs, coilovers, or air-ride suspension systems, these adjustable sway bar end links allow you to remove unwanted preload caused by changes in the center-to-center distance between sway bar mounting points. By adjusting the end links to a neutral position, you eliminate sway bar preload, enhancing suspension performance in various driving conditions.

The main body of the ECS Sway Bar End Links is crafted from strong, lightweight 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized red for superior corrosion resistance. Featuring left- and right-hand threaded center sections and machined hex wrench fittings, these end links allow for quick and easy on-the-car adjustments. Zinc-plated hardware ensures secure and lasting adjustments, while the heavy-duty ball joint ends come with weather-resistant rubber boots and stainless steel wire retainers, providing superior protection against salt, rain, and ozone for extended durability. Each kit also includes zinc-plated Nyloc nuts and hardened steel washers for secure installation and improved contact surface on the sway bar.

These end links are designed, engineered, and rigorously tested by ECS Tuning to ensure the highest quality. Whether you have a lowered or stock suspension, these adjustable sway bar end links are the perfect upgrade, offering a high-quality, heavy-duty replacement that fits your specific needs.

Features:

Range of Adjustment: 175mm (6.89") to 235mm (9.25") 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Construction: Red anodized for superior corrosion resistance Zinc-Plated Hardware: Provides durability and superior corrosion protection Right and Left-Hand Threaded Center Sections: Quick and simple on-the-car adjustments Heavy-Duty Ball Joints (M10x1.5): Weather-resistant rubber boots and stainless steel wire retainers for long-lasting durability NOTE: If you've modified your vehicle's suspension with aftermarket struts or coilovers, the mounting location for the sway bar end link may have moved. To confirm fitment with our adjustable end links, please measure the distance between the sway bar and the mounting location on the strut body with the vehicle at ride height and confirm that it is within the 175 - 235mm range of adjustment.
