The Burger Motorsports custom billet Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) cap includes an integrated heavy-duty check valve to let much-needed air in and prevent dangerous WMI vapor/fumes and liquid from getting out! Each cap is CNC machined in the USA from a solid block of billet aluminum, engraved with the BMS logo, and anodized blue for protection. Check valve piston must be lightly lubricated if tank shows signs of vacuum. One drop of penetrating oil or motor oil in the top will keep the check valve operational. With CNC machined serviceable/cleanable nozzle inserts for precise fluid metering. Choose single or dual nozzles and match the flow rate to your power needs! Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) nozzles are determined by the intended power and how many bungs your charge pipe has. These nozzles are 1/8” NPT and screw in to bungs included on most aftermarket charge pipes. BMS "super atomizing" nozzles are designed and manufactured by BMS and are known for their great atomization and flow characteristics. The number on the methanol injection nozzle represents the approximate gallons per hour of fluid when at full flow. Generally speaking running two smaller nozzles is preferred to one larger nozzle for an equal flow to improve fluid atomization and distribution.
