These are the best rear shock mounts that we have found for the E30, E36, E46, Z3 & E85 Z4! Featuring CNC-machined billet aluminum mounting base with a replaceable urethane bushing (replacement bushings are just $15 and are changed in minutes!). These mounts are excellent for either street or track because of their low NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). Plus, the superior design will far outlast the life of stock mounts - maybe even the car itself. You'll never think twice about your shock mounts again! These shock mounts are a direct replacement of the stock mounts so they fit all shocks with the BMW-standard 10mm shock shaft, including all factory and OEM shocks (Boge, Sachs, etc), H&R coil overs, Bilstein shocks and PSS, PSS9, PSS10 coil overs (except the B16 Ride Control Kit). Swapping in E46 control arms into your E30 or E36 significantly increases negative camber by widening the track width and also gives you more clearance for more steering angle. Condor's CNC machined control arm brackets are made from solid steel and are fitted with a solid hex-shaped bushing. Designed for the street or the track, they hold the control arm steady and eliminate "shimmy" caused by stock bushings. They sharpen steering and improve overall driving feel. Condor's conversion bushings are machined from UHMW due to its high rigidity and low coefficient of friction allowing for minimal suspension bushing deflection (geometry change). They've designed them offset to re-center the wheel and give your e30/e36 the correct caster. They will include a stainless-steel insert that tightly presses over the hex pattern on the E46 control arms. You do not need to grind down your control arms or make any other modifications to your chassis. Please note that you will need to use E36 outer tie rods and E90 inner tie rods when installing in an E30 or E36.

Back when the minds at BMW set out to design the E36's lower transmission support, they executed perfectly. A cast piece manufactured from lightweight aluminum would surely provide the proper support for the business end of the powertrain.
