This is the driver's side seat base used to fit aftermarket bucket seats in your E36 coupe. This seat bracket does have a tab to retain your factory seat belts if you wish - we recommend silders for people who intend on using their vehicle on the street, but if your vehicle is a dedicated track vehicle, then universal side mounts should suffice.
Note that there is a separate part number for the Sparco driver side seat base, and that this is only for COUPE models.
