OE BMW exhaust manifold mounting hex nuts. Best to replace when installing new headers or removing the old exhaust headers for any reason. We also recommend replacing the exhaust studs as well do to corrosion often building up on the end, preventing them from being removed or installed easily.
COPPER HEX NUT - 7mm : 119500
This seals the exhaust manifold to the head. We recommend replacing this any time the exhaust manifold needs to be removed.
