This OEM fuel filter is a must during any major service or tune-up. With a clogged or dirty filter, you are starving your engine of gasoline which can result in dangerous cutting out, rough running, or even a no-start situation. Bosch filters are premium grade filters that will keep your fuel system in top shape the same as, or better than, Genuine filters, without having to spend the Genuine BMW price.

Bosch has likely supplied many of the original electrical (and mechanical) parts for your BMW. This is a complete Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your stock LPFP assembly with a new E85 certified one. The new Walbro 450 pump provides approximately 100% more flow than stock and this assembly can be purchased one of three ways to meet your needs.

To be eligible for a core return, the bucket must be completely stock and undamaged. (Pump itself does not have to be functioning)
+ International customers: Due to different emissions requirements, the top portion of your fuel bucket (top hat) is different and doesn't have a large vent tube connection. For this reason, we are no longer sending the top hat to international customers as this often causes confusion. Those customers will simply re-use their current top hat when installing their Stage 2 pump.
- All Stage 2 assemblies are stock buckets that have been rebuilt and may show signs of being disassembled and rebuilt. They are all flow tested and verified before being shipped.

This kit is designed to enhance performance by adding six supplemental low-pressure fuel injectors, capable of supporting 1000+ WHP on E85 and similar high-performance fuels.
Crafted with precision, the manifold spacers are CNC machined and anodized to ensure durability and prolonged service life. Each kit comes complete with all necessary installation hardware, a gasket set, and a plug-and-play fuel line adapter for seamless integration.
The Elite kit stands out with its sleek black anodized finish and includes an additional return port, an upgraded fuel line, and enhanced machining to accommodate a wider range of applications, including the BMW S55 engine.
A port injection controller is not included. This is required for a complete installation.

Fuel-it has developed a port injection kit for your S55 that will provide you with the additional fueling capacity that you need to be able to run up to 100% E85 on stock or upgraded turbos.
What is port injection?
Port injection is a kit that is installed between your intake manifold and the cylinder head that runs off the low-pressure supply to provide you with more fueling than your stock system is capable of. It's a relatively easy system to install and does not require any permanent modification to your car.

*Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated, your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated.
