The Universal 40 Piece Metric Socket Set includes all of the necessary tools to create a socket set by purchasing only one ratchet. The included 3/8-inch drive flex head ratchet and two female 3/8-inch drive adapters will allow you to use 3 different drive sizes of sockets: 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2"! Use this kit to help complete your tool kit until you decide to purchase more ratchet sizes, and when you do, you don't have to get rid of any of these tools to do so, which is possible with the adapters.

This is especially useful in tight areas. Flex head has 7 detent positions in a 180 degree swing. Push button release holds socket tight until you are ready to release. No more dropped sockets. Ratchet is a full 290mm ( 11") long for extra leverage.
