Rocker arms wear in conjunction with the camshafts, meaning the two must be replaced simultaneously. Aftermarket and performance camshaft options (Schrick, CAT-Cams, etc.) are typically ground from softer blanks and, as a result, cannot be used with factory rocker arms. We tested our performance cam followers with aftermarket camshafts to validate compatibility, ensuring smooth, reliable, and safe operation under demanding conditions.

BMW recommends valve adjustment every 30,000 miles on the S54 engine.This valve adjustment kit includes every thing needed to to a proper valve adjustment on the S54 engine.
