Made in the USA Help preserve the structural integrity of your BMW E82 1-series, or E90, E91, E92, or E93 3-series with these weld-in strut tower reinforcement plates. Deformation of the front upper strut tower has been common problem, especially in race-prepped cars, cars with lowered suspensions, any car that sees track use, or BMWs driven on rough roads. The strut tower deforms from suspension bottoming out, forces generated by the spring/shock assembly, and that forced concentrated in a relatively small area on the strut tower. The strut tower will exhibit deforming by cracking (especially around the stud holes), or "mushrooming" where the tower takes on a dome-shaped top instead of being flat. By thickening the sheetmetal material of the tower, you are making it stronger and more robust to prevent deformation. While the E82 and E9x cars are newer and better made than the previous E36 and E46 cars, any suspension modification or track use will make the new cars more susceptible to this problem.

These are mounted on the underside of the strut tower and need to be welded into place.

This chassis reinforcement fits the following BMWs:
2008+ E82 BMW 128i 135i
2006+ E90 BMW 325i 325xi 328i 328xi 328i xDrive 330i 330xi 335i 335xi 335i xDrive M3

Rear shock mounts are tasked with securing shocks while absorbing noise, vibration and harshness that would otherwise be associated with a solid mount. Factory rubber bushings are a compromise between a cushy ride and responsive handling.

Powerflex polyurethane rear shock mounts are firmer than OEM bushings, resulting in better handling, a more responsive rear-end, and more efficient suspension articulation - all with minimal sacrifice to ride quality.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

For those wanting to move away from EDC for aftermarket suspension systems or coilover setups, the EDC monitoring can be a bit obtrusive as this type of monitoring is no longer required – resulting in numerous error messages thinking the system has malfunctioned. Module can be activated/deactivated by via the integrated mini USB port within the module housing.

The Macht Schnell EDC Emulation Module is possible of the following features:
  • The ability to run aftermarket racing suspension/coilover setups in which EDC monitoring is not required

  • Proper emulation of the EDC monitoring system
  • No dealer visits or coding required after installation
  • Completely removable at any time

Once disabled the behavior of the car will change and the driver will need to adjust his/her skill and technique. Will not work on vehicles equiped with BMW's Dynamic Drive system.

M3 upper and lower control arms are a known upgrade for non-M E82 and E9X chassis. But our Monoball Thurst Arms are even more of an upgrade over the stock M3 arms. This package bundles the Turner Monoball upper thrust arms with the stock M3 lower control arms. If there's one big fail point in the E82/E9X front suspension it's the thrust arms. The front inner thrust arm bushing is filled with dampening fluid that leaks over time. Once it's gone the bushing has the strength of a rubber band. Even though we sell two types of upgraded rubber bushings there was still room for improvement. For someone looking for superior performance and longevity these sealed monoball bushings are the best out there.

The advantage of a monoball bearing is that it will not deflect under load. All of the rubber bushings, including the M3, move in all sorts of directions and that changes your alignment, especially when used with big brake kits or when driven hard. And when worn out, performance suffers. Our monoball sits in a CNC machined aluminum housing which has zero deflection. The monoball allows complete freedom of movement but only at the desired angles. What you get is superior steering precision, better handling from more consistent alignment, and almost infinite bushing life. And thanks to the inner liner and sealed rubber boots there's none of the extra noise or reduced service life of fully solid race bushings.

The lower M3 control arm bushings use a similar sealed monoball bushing instead of rubber. This package gives you monoball precision and performance with OE-quality components.

Direct from Germany, H&R Springs are the highest quality sport springs available. This spring set will help firm up what many consider to be a fairly "soft" stock suspension (at least for a BMW "M" car). They will also make a subtle and noticeable visual improvement to the E90/E92 M3's stance, reducing the perceived fender gap of the stock ride height. This spring kit fits all 2008 and newer E90 sedan and E92 M3 coupe, with AND without electronic dampening control (EDC).

Turner Motorsport E90 M3 with H&R Sport Springs We've installed these on our own 2008 M3 sedan project car (the white car pictured) and love the way these spring feel. They transform the handling into more of what (we feel) an M car should feel like -- sharp cornering with only a small sacrifice in ride quality. The ride is still very compliant and well suited for city streets, keeping the ride quality very close to the stock ride comfort even with 20" wheels! Now that's a well engineered set of springs!

Replace the E9x M3's stock twin tube shocks with this high pressure monotube shock from Bilstein. Many E9X M3's came with the Electronic Damping Control system that adjusts each shock to suit the driving conditions for the best comfort and performance. While the system is technically advanced, the main weakness is that the stock twin tube shocks are susceptible to cavitation and fade in performance when pushed hard. The high pressure monotube design of the Bilstein shock effectively eliminates cavitation and ensures performance is always consistent. Additionally, these shocks are plug and play with the factory EDC system and retain all the functionally of the factory EDC system. Bilstein shocks are ideal for use with lowering springs.

Fine-tuning your coilover damping shouldn’t mean stripping out your rear seats or interior panels. On many applications, rear shock adjusters are hidden behind carpet, trim, or seatbacks, making quick adjustments a hassle.

The ECS Rear Damping Extension Kit solves that problem with a clean and functional solution. These flexible extensions relocate the adjustment knobs to an easily accessible point above the rear shock towers, letting you dial in your suspension from inside the cabin, no disassembly required.

Installation is straightforward: simply drill a small access hole in your interior trim and route the extension cables through. The adjustment knobs can be removed to allow the line to pass through smaller openings, minimizing cutting. For proper installation, be sure to fully loosen the set screw, insert the cable, then securely tighten it using the provided Allen key.

    Kit Includes:

    (2) Rear damping adjuster extension cables

    Installation hardware and Allen key

A smart upgrade for track cars, daily drivers, or anyone who values easy access to suspension tuning, without compromising interior fit and finish.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Looking for upgraded lower control arms that don't limit adjustment capabilities like the OE control arms? These Turner Performance Lower Control Arms may be exactly what you need! These CNC'd billet aluminum control arms allow you to adjust roll center, camber, and track width easily and lock in your adjustments securely. The construction of these control arms allows for significant weight savings, reducing unsprung weight, while maintaining high levels of strength that is up to track use and abuse. Instead of using traditional jam nuts, these Turner Control Arms utilize a pinch bolt and rotating clamp design that allows high clamping forces to lock in track width and camper specifications without making it difficult to keep bearings properly aligned. Stainless steel spacers are included to enable roll center correction for lowered vehicles. To further improve control arm operation over the OE design, these control arms use FK rod ends and high misalignment solid spherical bushings to get rid of binding and flex. Features: Lightweight Aluminum, Titanium, Chromoly and Stainless Steel construction Correct ball joint angle for full articulation Clamp design allows for easy access to lock down your alignment settings Low friction 3-piece Teflon lined FK spherical bushings and Heim joints/rod ends Multiple size stainless steel roll center spacers for precise adjustment

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

*NOTE: ONLY FOR CARS WITH TRUE REAR COIL OVER CONVERSION - NOT COMPATIBLE WITH STOCK REAR SPRINGS* Fall-Line Motorsports has taken everything they've learned in manufacturing over the last decade to create an ultra-high-end interpretation of the G8X / F8X M2 M3 M4 and E9X M3 lower camber arm. Fall-Line's bespoke version discards the deformation-prone stamped steel arm that includes a provision for the rear coil spring in favor of 5-axis CNC machined, billet aluminum that eliminates the rear coil mount. This pair has been gorgeously crafted and pocketed (to save weight without compromising rigidity) and is hard coat black anodized for ultimate resistance to wear. So too has the hardware been given an upgrade—10.9 grade corrosion-resistant extended bolts are included to replace the inferior factory pieces. These arms represent another exciting entry into the often neglected F8X / E9X suspension arm market and add valuable peace of mind for street or motorsport duty from the undisputed champion within the BMW realm. ECS Polyurethane Subframe bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, ECS Polyurethane Subframe bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, ECS Polyurethane Subframe bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still maintaining enough comfort for the street. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure.

    Key Benefits:

95A Polyurethane isolator reduces unwanted drivetrain movement while still allowing for an aggressive yet streetable driving experience.

Polyurethane bushings reduce subframe bushing deflection versus stock rubber bushings while keeping vibrations associated with such modification to a minimum.

Poly formulation and durometer, profile, and loaded surface area designed to minimize stress concentrations to stay within acceptable compressive strain limits of the material

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) ECS Polyurethane Subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while making ride quality more responsive, yet still streetable. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden and crack. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. The stock rear upper control arms on your BMW are primarily designed for comfort and reliability, not for the trials experienced on the Track. This becomes apparent when deformation begins to occur to the sheet metal construction of the control arms and the rubber bushings begin to fail. To remedy this, we now offer our very own upgraded rear upper control arms with FK rod end bearings! These control arms are significantly more stout, holding up to the forces experienced on the track without flexing or bending like the stock control arms. This helps to improve overall handling and stability with only a slight increase in expected NVH.

Bilstein has teamed up with Eibach to offer matched shock and spring packages. These Eibach springs are mated to a special set of Bilstein shocks to deliver a sporty and taut ride with as little impact on ride comfort as possible. The Pro Kit uses an Eibach Pro Kit spring with Bilstein's Sport shocks and struts. Instead of taking parts from different manufacturers, Bilstein has tested the performance of the Eibach spring and tailored their shocks to be a true match for the new spring rate and ride height. This is known as a matched shock and spring and very few tuning companies take these extra steps. Eibach springs tend to be softer overall than most other aftermarket springs, which ensures the ride stays close to a stock comfort while still giving you a lowered stance and improved handling. Bilstein B12 Features: Precise response and excellent driving performance Springs and shocks road tested and fine-tuned to complement one another Bilstein Monotube/Inverted gas pressure technology TUV certified Made In Germany Average Lowering of 24 to 40mm Most cars don't need coil overs to improve their handling and bodyroll. For most drivers, simply replacing the shocks and springs with performance versions will meet their goals. If your shocks need replacing, and you felt the handling could be improved a little bit, this is an excellent performance suspension for you.

Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

The stock eccentric bolts provided by BMW for small camber/toe adjustments tend to slip under high cornering loads, causing changes to the rear alignment. Our SPL Parts Eccentric Lockout Arm (EL) kit eliminate the stock eccentric bolts to keep your rear alignment where you set it. You must have adjustable control arms in order to adjust camber/toe after eliminating the stock eccentric bolts. Our lockout plates are CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum and supplied with CAD plated grade 10.9 hardware for absolutely zero-slip. One kit includes washers and bolts for both camber arms. Sold as a complete kit for one car. Made in the USA. Application List: 2006 - 2011 E8X M-Series 2006 – 2011 E9X M-Series

Raises front of the rear subframe giving additional anti-squat similar to the M range. For standard subframe location use PFR5-420.

Macht Schnell's aluminum bushing kit will breathe new life into aging 1M's and M3's, affixing the car's rear subframe and differential to the chassis. Rubber subframe bushings in the E9x M3 and E82 1M from the factory are soft, and yield under hard driving resulting in ever-changing suspension geometry and alignment specs. By limiting the movement of both the car's subframe and differential, these solid bushings will give the rear of the car a tremendously planted and confident feel.
