When we designed this catch we wanted to have the most function options available, the best separation method, and the easiest to service. The Turner engineered catch cans offer a pre-setup design based ion desired flow direction, however, this does not limit you to this flow. The inner baffle orientation can be easily adjusted to flow in both directions in case you decide to move this catch can to a different vehicle. A 4 chamber system baffle system inside the catch can was engineered to create multiple changes in the direction of airflow within the separator to cause oil droplets to fall out of suspension before exiting the catch can. Having a closed/recirculated design reduces oil ingestion and promotes cleaner emissions and odor-less operation.

We know if a soft mount offers a sloppy connection it doesn't work on the track, and a solid mount isn't acceptable as a daily driver (for most!) and set out to engineer a mount that would meet the needs for both. At the core of our enclosed design is a partially-constrained, multi-piece polyurethane bushing with precisely-set preload. This architecture absorbs and disperses resonant engine frequencies as opposed to amplifying them (like some other designs do), which results in a positive-connection, enthusiast-feel mount with the vibration.

After machining and engraving, pulleys are then T3 hard anodized for additional strength, anti-corrosion & wear resistance. Our DualDrive design replaces the Crank Accessory & Power Steering Pulleys, resulting in an additional 9-14 HP and 7-9ft. lbs TQ gain for the M3. This comprehensive kit includes both belts, belt tensioners, upper and lower deflection pulleys, and the adjusting pulley. Select from all Genuine BMW parts or a combination of OEM/OE BMW parts. Staying on top of your belt maintenance is the smart move. Cracked or worn belts are a recipe for a headache or worse. The main drive belt runs critical components - the alternator, water pump, and power steering pump. The pulleys contain bearings that may be worn when it comes time to replace the belts. You can check the pulleys by relieving tension on the belt and feeling each pulley for play or grinding. The tensioner also sees similar wear. If your pulleys are new or don't need replacement, you can pick up the belts on their own.
