The FX350 System uses the Power Plus I Pressure Plate with Clutch Masters New Formula Button disc. This clutch is designed for the street enthusiast or weekend racer who plans to abuse their vehicle on an occasional basis and have a spirited driving style.

The FX350 clutch system has a higher holding capacity than a segmented Kevlar lining without compromising the street friendly characteristic Clutch Masters is known for. For year’s enthusiast have had to compromise durability for drivability and vise versa, however with Clutch Masters New Formula button we have closed the gap between these two tradeoffs.

When installing a new clutch, it is important to replace old hardware and common wear items. This ensures both a smooth and reliable installation. This also allows you to perform maintenance while everything is apart as opposed to a needing to make future repairs when everything is back together.

An SFI approved single mass flywheel is recommended for this application to get optimal performance. This clutch system is designed for the racing climate. The pressure plate is precision balance for vibration free operation at high RPM. The pressure plate fulcrum is altered for a positive disengagement and a quick shift. The disc is engineered with a Dual Damped design to provide accurate control when accelerating through corners. The friction material is a hybrid using a full face Feramic (Sintered Iron) lining on the flywheel side and a high metal content Organic lining on the pressure plate side. Engagement is positive yet buffered due to the high graphite content unique to Feramic facings.

Stage 2 Endurance Clutch Kits:

Recommended uses are daily and street with an emphasis on Rally and Endurance racing.

This clutch kit features an Xtreme pressure plate, a Performance Street sprung clutch disc, and an XACT Streetlite Flywheel.

Their Xtreme pressure plate offers a 50-120% clamp load increase, moderate to heavy pedal feel, and is recommended for high performance street and racing applications. All diaphragms went through a four stage heating process for increased strength and unparalleled performance.

Next in this kit is the Performance Street clutch disc. This is the most popular sprung clutch disc and features high quality organic friction material with a high copper content for improved heat transfer and a steel backed lining for increased strength in burst load circumstances.
