Powerflex's PFR5-417 Rear Lower Shock Mounting Bushing and Bracket kit offers a stout lower anchor for even the most radical motorsport-derived shocks and coilovers. Powerflex has utilized its proprietary 93ShA Performance durometer bushings featuring a new conical design in order to better serve customers who expect tailored stiffnesses depending on vehicle use and NVH tolerance. These new bushings also feature CNC-machined 6082 aluminum brackets that help enhance longevity and weight reduction when compared with cheaper imitations.

Due to their soft rubber construction, OE strut mounts are known to wear at an accelerated rate. Many high-mileage vehicles fall victim to strut mount failure, which is commonly associated with annoying clunks, groans, or rattles from the front suspension.

With this issue in mind, ECS Tuning developed their heavy-duty front strut mount with upgraded, higher durometer rubber to resolve sloppy handling and increase longevity. Manufactured precisely within OEM tolerances, these mounts are a perfect fit for your BMW.

Features:

Reduces deflection: Increases vehicle handling and cornering dynamics by removing deflection within the strut mount. Increases longevity: Upgraded rubber construction makes for a stiffer mount, less prone to cracking and general degradation. Developed in-house: Designed and tested by ECS Tuning engineers, this mount is sure to outlast an OE replacement. Upgrade to a better strut mount without sacrificing ride comfort! Improve longevity and ride control all at once.

To get the most out of your new suspension setup, it's recommended that you replace all parts that are known to fail. Not only will this make your new setup more effective, it will provide a better ride, proper tire position, and make all of your parts last longer. One often overlooked piece is the upper strut bearing and mount. This is the top mount for your struts and provides a solid platform for your front suspension. If worn, the bearings within this mount make noise, there is slop from worn rubber, and it can shorten the life of your shocks. These replacements from Genuine BMW is the perfect solution for worn mounts/bearings. Because they are factory OE parts, they fit perfectly in the mounting location and are the proper length and have the correct inside diameter for your struts. A small addition to any front suspension overhaul that can make a huge difference in overall ride quality. Priced each, but should always be replaced in pairs. Passenger (Right)
