Ignition coils are key to the efficiency and performance of your BMW. With a faulty coil the spark plug is not burning the air/fuel mixture properly and that can lead to problems anywhere in the engine and exhaust (including catalytic converters and O2 sensors). Problems with one or more coils will cause a fault code but not always a check engine light. A misfire code may be related to an ignition coil but could be from other things as well. Sometimes a visual inspection of a coil and coil boot will give an indication of a failure. You can also move coils around to different cylinder banks to see if the misfire code follows a suspect coil. We suggest always having one or two coils on hand to keep as spares.

This is the current replacement for some BMW 6 and 8-cylinder engines built in the late 2000s and after. BMW has made numerous changes to ignition coil part numbers in recent years but has approved this part number to work in the vehicles listed below. It's listed as a replacement coil for N20, N55, and S55 engines. In March 2015 BMW approved it for N51/N52 engines. This part number replaces the previous BMW part number 12137594937 for the cars listed below.

Sold per coil. Includes boot and connector.

NOTE: For the N54, these plugs are 2 Steps Colder, while for the N55 they are only 1 Step Colder. When it comes time to change your spark plugs, you may wonder about colder stepped spark plugs as many others have. Colder spark plugs work by pulling more heat out of the engine's cylinders (making them "colder") and dissipating it into the engine's head, which is then cooled by the cooling system. Depending on how you have your engine built, these could be a great addition! Colder plugs can help prevent engine knock and prevent the tip of the spark plug from melting or misfiring. There are two rules that most people tend to go by when deciding on which spark plugs to buy: The first rule of thumb is that with every 100 horsepower added, you should run spark plugs that are a step colder than your stock plugs. This is generally accepted across the motorsports community but unfortunately isn't always the most accurate measurement of when you will need colder plugs. The second rule is to go a step colder any time you massively alter cylinder temperatures by adding forced induction to an NA engine, by increasing compression ratio, after altering timing in a major way, or by changing fuel types to something with a higher octane rating such as racing fuel. Adding spark plugs that are a step colder outside of these conditions, with no real change to the engine, can actually hurt more than help by leading to spark plugs fouling quicker than normal and by making the car harder to start in cold weather conditions. We suggest talking to your engine builder or tuner before making the change, or you can call our Turner Motorsport sales staff to discuss what modifications have been made to your vehicle and see if these plugs are right for you!

GA8HP 8 speed automatic transmission. Automatic transmissions are reliable, shift smoothly, and can last without issue so long as they are properly maintained. Over time, the transmission fluid becomes thick and the filter becomes contaminated with small metal particles. This can cause excess wear, high transmission operating temperatures, and eventual failure. To prevent this we recommend changing your filter, fluid, and seals to ensure your transmission continues to operate flawlessly. We recommend filter and fluid changes every 50,000 miles. This item fits the following BMWs: E71,E89 Z4,F06,F10,F12,F13,F15,F16,F22,F25 X3,F26 X4,F30,F31,F32,F33,F34,F36

Over time, has the cap for your oil filter housing become harder to remove? Using the wrong tool can round the top of the cap, making removal harder each time. Replace your old cap and seal to ensure your engine is leak-free. We recommend pairing this with the Schwaben Oil Filter Cap Tool (T#371924) to make installation and removal easier.

Rein OE Quality Automatic Transmission Service kits address the short-lived valve body sealing sleeves and adapter in the ZF 6HP transmissions. This kit includes the necessary direct-fitting sealing hardware to conveniently service the shrunken valve body sealing sleeves during the recommended fluid and filter change interval of 62,000 miles / 8 years at the latest. The ZF 6HP19Z series transmission is a very durable and powerful unit that can last for many miles if serviced in time to allow the valve body to maintain proper fluid pressure. The slightest drop in valve body fluid pressure in this unit leads to premature transmission bushing and or clutch wear, along with contamination and overheating of the fluid. Rein recommends the OE or Pentosin ATF-1 synthetic automatic transmission fluid for this job.

SONAX Clear View 1:100 Concentrate is a potent cleaning concentrate accompanied by a refreshing fragrance, ideal for summer use in windscreen washer systems. Specially formulated with highly effective surfactants, it significantly enhances cleaning speed. This formula swiftly eliminates oily, sooty, silicone, and other road contaminants, as well as insects, ensuring a more rapid and thorough removal. Suitable for fan nozzles, it's also safe for use on paint, rubber, and plastic surfaces, without causing stress cracks or blind spots on headlight diffusers. Furthermore, it's compatible with high-quality LED and Xenon headlights, along with clear glass-like plastic diffusers. The formulation incorporates glycerin and anti-limescale properties. Extremely economical, a mere 25 ml of the concentrate yields 2.5 liters of cleaning fluid. Directions for Use: Hold the bottle upright. Unscrew the cap a quarter turn. Squeeze the lower part of the bottle to fill the dosing chamber with 20 mL of concentrate. Unscrew the cap completely and add the dosing chamber contents to the reservoir water. For 1/2 gallon of water, 20 mL is enough. Adjust the concentrate amount accordingly for larger containers. The bottle provides 6 gallons of cleaning solution. Product Size: 250ml (8.45 FL OZ)
