BMW Engine Parts for BMW 7 Series F02 (2009+)

Pulleys begin to squeak once they are reaching the end of their life span and the tensioners can fail, no longer applying enough tension to the accessory belt. If not replaced, tese can seize up and lead to a long host of problems that would leave you stranded on the side of the road. Prevent this with routine maintenance and replace your belts and pulleys every 50,000 miles to ensure continued reliability.

Fits the following BMW chassis:
F22/23 F87 F3X F07/10/11 F06/12/13 F01/02 F25/26 E70/71 F15/16

Fits the following BMW engines:
N55 3.0L, S65 3.0L

This is an OEM INA Idler Pulley, also known as the roller pulley or deflection pulley. The idler pulleys are known to be the primary sources for 'belt squealing'. The pulley is also encased in rubber which will crack over time. If left without service the rubber could fail completely, chucking the belt and leaving you stranded. Replacement is a very simple procedure and can be done anytime the fan is off the engine (belt replacement, water pump service, alternator replacement, etc).

OEM Schaeffler (INA, LuK, & FAG) is an engineering company that focuses on high-performance, precision manufacturing. Introducing Turbosmart’s OPR V2 Turbocharger Oil Pressure Regulator, a cutting-edge solution launched in 2022 that ensures steady oil pressure for your turbocharger. This innovative regulator features a return-less design with an integrated 44 Micron Stainless Steel Mesh Oil Filter, providing robust performance and protection.

The OPR V2 is the first of its kind, utilizing Turbosmart’s proprietary flow control method to maintain optimal oil pressure regardless of engine oil variables like pressure or temperature. It guarantees a smooth oil flow to your turbocharger, safeguarding critical components such as Exhaust Drive, Back & Charge Pressures from excessive oil pressure that could lead to oil consumption and smoke.

Gone are the days of guesswork with restrictors and complex plumbing for oil pressure regulation. The OPR V2 simplifies the process with its return-less, inline installation and the convenience of a built-in 44 Micron Oil Filter. This filter, made of serviceable and replaceable Stainless Steel Mesh, adds an extra layer of defense against engine oil debris that could harm your turbocharger.

Key Features:

Innovative Patent Pending Design Durable Aluminium (6262 T6) Anodised Body & Valve Regulated Oil Pressure Compatible with Most turbochargers Integrated Stainless Steel (304) Mesh Oil Filter -4AN Inlet and Outlet for easy installation 1/8 NPT Sensor/Gauge Port for monitoring Directional Inlet Feed Logic for optimized performance Laminar Flow Output for consistent oil delivery Compatible with all Engine Oils Designed and Manufactured in Australia

Maintaining proper oil levels in your engine is crucial for peak performance. Undetected leaks can cause your oil to drop to dangerously low levels between oil changes, leading to severe engine damage.

One common culprit for oil leaks is the valve cover. Over time, exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations can wear down the gaskets, causing them to fail. Prevent oil leaks and protect your engine by replacing these vital components.

Comprehensive Kit Includes:

Valve Cover Gasket Set - Left & Right High Pressure Fuel Pump Gasket (2) O-Ring Seals (6) Torx Screws (6) Replace your old gaskets with our high-quality kit to keep your engine running smoothly and efficiently.

BMS Billet Spark Plug Gapper Tool - 14mm is an essential tool for achieving accurate and consistent spark plug gapping, ideal for automotive enthusiasts and professional mechanics alike. This precision tool helps maintain optimal plug performance by providing reliable, consistent gaps. Available in both 14mm and 12mm plug thread sizes, this tool is proudly made in the USA to deliver durability and precision.

If your engine has higher mileage, don't neglect rod bearing replacement! These bearings are sandwiched between the connecting rod and crankshaft journal and are prone to failure due to overheating, lack of lubrication, or general wear. Replace your rod bearings and prevent a spun bearing.

Starting with ACL’s high-performance bearing shells, our Race Series bearings are built to withstand extreme RPMs and stress. Utilizing a "Duraglide" tri-metal construction and a high-strength overlay plate, these bearings offer superior oiling and heat resistance for high-RPM operation.

Our WPC-treated bearings take ACL’s already impressive design and enhance it even further. The WPC treatment process strengthens and smooths the bearing surface by firing high-speed, ultra-fine particles at the bearing shells, reducing friction and improving durability. This advanced surface treatment ensures smoother operation and improved heat dissipation, which are critical for any high-performance engine.
