Install the locking collar around your exhaust hanger, position the hanger in place, and snug the locking collar down in place against the hanger! OE BMW exhaust manifold mounting hex nuts. Best to replace when installing new headers or removing the old exhaust headers for any reason. We also recommend replacing the exhaust studs as well do to corrosion often building up on the end, preventing them from being removed or installed easily.

This exhaust gasket is used to seal the exhaust manifold to the downpipes. We also recommend replacing the bolts as well.

Placing resonators after cat-less downpipes will help tune the sound from the S63TU engine. By removing the factory catted downpipes you're removing a large sound muffler as well and adding resonators can help tone down the open exhaust. This Supersprint resonator is for the right side of section 1 of the exhaust. It is full stainless steel with a mandrel bent pipe for optimized exhaust flow. The Supersprint resonator has been tuned to work with the rest of their exhaust.
