We are proud to bring out this truly awesome product that makes getting the required Flex Fuel hardware on your BMW and A9X Supra with incredible ease and minimal effort, in your own driveway.
Our kit is entirely plug-and-play with the factory vehicle harness. No cutting or splicing of OEM wiring/connectors. It installs in minutes and can be removed without a trace on the car!
Our team used SolidWorks to design a Flow Optimized Flex Fuel Sensor Adapter (FFSA) to ensure fuel flow is unobstructed and with no added pressure drop at full fuel pump flow from the fuel tank to your motor when our kit is installed. This is important when pushing the factory fuel system with all the power Ethanol can provide over petrol!
Flex fuel sensor housing is designed to neatly install into the factory BMW fuel hat location.
Flex Fuel Sensor Adapter also contains two 1/8 NPT ports that allow installation of an auxiliary Fuel Pressure sensor for vehicles that don’t come with an OEM one from the factory for future use. Depending on fitment, either port can be used.
Install the bootmod3 Flex Fuel Plug and Play Kit and flash your flex fuel enabled bootmod3 OTS MultiMap or Custom Map in minutes and you’re off to the races never worrying about alcohol/petrol blend % in your fuel tank. It does not get better or easier than this!
bootmod3 FlexFuel Plug and Play Kit:
OEM FUEL HAT LOCATION KIT IS INTENDED FOR OEM FUEL PUMP AND ASSOCIATED WIRING. ANY VARIATIONS TO FUEL LINES OR FUEL PUMPS MAY NOT BE COMPATIBLE. USE THE ENGINE BAY INSTALLATION KIT WHERE AVAILABLE INSTEAD.
Are you running more E85 or making more power on pump gas than your HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump) can support?
Fuel-it has developed a port injection kit for your S55 that will provide you with the additional fueling capacity that you need to be able to run up to 100% E85 on stock or upgraded turbos.
What is port injection?
Port injection is a kit that is installed between your intake manifold and the cylinder head that runs off the low-pressure supply to provide you with more fueling than your stock system is capable of. It's a relatively easy system to install and does not require any permanent modification to your car.
Port injection kits are offered in five different packages to meet your needs:
Base port injection kit: (included in Bronze, Silver or Platinum Kits)
Bronze kit includes:
Silver kit includes:
Platinum kit includes:
*These kits are available for off-road use only
*All port injection kits are built to order.
*Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated, your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated.
This kit is designed to enhance performance by adding six supplemental low-pressure fuel injectors, capable of supporting 1000+ WHP on E85 and similar high-performance fuels.
Crafted with precision, the manifold spacers are CNC machined and anodized to ensure durability and prolonged service life. Each kit comes complete with all necessary installation hardware, a gasket set, and a plug-and-play fuel line adapter for seamless integration.
The Elite kit stands out with its sleek black anodized finish and includes an additional return port, an upgraded fuel line, and enhanced machining to accommodate a wider range of applications, including the BMW S55 engine.
A port injection controller is not included. This is required for a complete installation.
