The Active Autowerke Signature GESI Catted Downpipes offer the perfect balance of raw performance and street-legal refinement. Unlike "catless" alternatives that cause unpleasant fuel odors and dashboard error lights, this system utilizes EPA-registered GESI high-flow catalytic converters. These proprietary converters use precious metal loading technology to significantly reduce emissions, ensuring your BMW remains OBD2 compliant and "Check Engine Light" free. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for F-Chassis BMW X5M, X6M, and 550i/650i models, these downpipes feature cast upper stainless steel V-bands for a factory-perfect seal. Whether you are cruising or under wide-open throttle, the system maintains a sophisticated exhaust note while safely protecting both passengers and the environment from harmful fumes. Key Features: NO CEL Guarantee: Advanced GESI technology ensures no catalytic efficiency codes under normal operation. Refined Sound & Scent: Eliminates the "raw fuel" odor associated with track-only downpipes. 49-State Legal: EPA registered and fully OBD2 compliant (excludes California). Precision Fitment: Cast upper V-bands ensure a leak-free connection to the turbo housing. OEM Integration: Easily bolts on with no cutting, welding, or permanent vehicle modification required. Specifications: Construction: Heavy-duty 304 Stainless Steel Inlet Connection: Precision-cast V-Band flange Catalyst Size: 4.5-inch Ultra High Flow unit Efficiency: Reaches full efficiency in under 10 seconds from cold start Compliance: Fully OBD2 compliant (1996 and newer vehicles) Application Note: Requires VIN for fitment verification; not compatible with G-chassis N63B engines.

For the BMW owner seeking increased performance without the drawbacks of a "catless" system, the Active Autowerke Aflow Catted Downpipes offer the perfect solution. These downpipes feature high-flow metallic catalytic converters that are specifically designed to maintain exhaust efficiency while preventing the dreaded Check Engine Light (CEL). Unlike track-only pipes that can produce raw fuel odors and cabin drone, the Aflow series maintains a sophisticated, refined exhaust note suitable for a luxury daily driver. Each set is custom-made in-house to ensure an exact bolt-on fit, providing a reliable solution that satisfies both the driver’s demand for power and the vehicle’s onboard diagnostic requirements. Key Features: No CEL Guarantee: Advanced Aflow catalyst technology prevents catalytic efficiency dashboard warnings. Refined Exhaust Note: Provides an aggressive V8 growl while maintaining cabin comfort for daily use. Bolt-On Installation: No cutting or welding required; replaces the bulky factory units directly. Thermal Resilience: Built to withstand the high temperatures generated by the S63 and N63 twin-turbo engines. Safe for Occupants: Reduces harmful emissions and raw exhaust odors compared to catless alternatives. Specifications: Primary Material: Brushed 304 Stainless Steel Fitting: Direct OEM Replacement (Bolt-on) Manufacturing Location: Hand-made in Miami, FL Weight Reduction: Lighter than the heavy, ceramic-core factory catalytic converters Surface Finish: Natural Stainless Lead Time: Custom made-to-order (Approx. 2 weeks)
