Every VRSF Charge Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent, T6061 grade aluminum including the flanges. Each flange is precision machined from CNC billet aluminum, including the throttle body, intercooler, and vacuum connections. After these are tig welded and hand-finished, they’re tested on multiple jigs in order to ensure proper fitment and a reliable, leak-free connection. Each VRSF charge pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder-coated finish that blends in perfectly with the engine bay. VRSF also includes one plugged 1/8' NPT bung that can be used for water injection, boost leak testing, or as a boost source. The OEM charge pipe is prone to failure at both stock and tuned boost levels which is why VRSF includes everything necessary to replace your flimsy OEM chargepipe including high quality, 4-ply silicone couplers as well as stainless steel t-bolt clamps. Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag. Durable wrinkle black powder coated finish. 4 ply silicone connectors & stainless steel t-bolt clamps included. This race intercooler will allow for more horsepower gains by reducing intake temperatures and preventing heat soak. Prior to testing this intercooler, VRSF found that a 2nd-4th gear pull would result in a 55-60 degree rise in temperature on an OEM setup. However, with the VRSF Race intercooler, there was actually a reduction in temperature in the same pull.

Our high flow inlet kit includes everything necessary to replace the restrictive stock intake inlet with our high flowing 2.5″ aluminum inlet. This kit will work with any and all available intakes as well as any upgraded turbo that is compatible with the OEM intake. This kit works with both RHD and LHD models as well as XI their variants.
