BC Racing has made a name for themselves in the automotive enthusiast communities by developing adjustable, street-and-track capable coilover kits for over a decade that are not only extremely effective, but also don't brake the bank! The BR Series coilover suspension kit features mounting points and brackets that are completely compatible with all stock mounting locations and components. It is their most popular and versatile suspension setup, offering linear springs (where possible), 30 levels of dampening adjustment including simultaneous compression and rebound control, and a 2 inch minimum ride height drop. All BR Series kits are Dyno tested in order to determine the best valving and spring rates for each chassis and are tested for a minimum of 6 months before being released to the public to ensure ride quality and reliability. All upper shock and strut mounts are all constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum to ensure a lightweight and incredibly strong design. Front design options include: Caster/Camber Plates, Camber plates, and Rubber Mount Plates. See below for the option fitted to your chassis's BR Series Kit. The adjustable plate designs allow for up to 3 degrees of camber adjustment. The Rubber Mount Plates are better for preventing unwanted NVH. Lower shock mounts are either made of 6061-T6 Aluminum just like the top mounts (Fork or Bolt Eye Style Mount) that have been milled from a single piece of material, or high quality STKM13C steel with all brackets welded robotically. Both style are then powder coated for corrosion protection and styling. All springs used, linear, S-barrel, and v-barrel, are made of SAE9254 steel and utilize a Zinc coating under a powder coating finish to ensure rust cannot penetrate the metal of the spring and compromise performance or reliability. Liner springs are used in in places possible unless otherwise limited by the OE design of the vehicle which does not allow it. In that case, S-Barrel or V-Barrel springs are used to match OE shape/style specifications and the spring's rate is then matched to the linear rate. BC Racing creates their kits utilizing a wide variety of shock types, lengths and diameters. Each vehicle depending on their data from R&D, and accounting for the OEM suspension design will utilize a different style of shock. Each shock is hand assembled in their factory and dyno tested before use in their kits. Shocks are paired together by their compression and rebound numbers after dyno testing for even and precise quality and performance. Each shock body used in their system is 53mm for added strength, performance, and increased fluid capacity (unless limited spacing will not allow). The shocks are then coated in black chrome for a clean, cohesive appearance and corrosion resistance. The ER Series coilovers bring with them the high quality and unique features seen on the BR and RM type but have the additional benefit of external reservoirs and the ability to allow the end user to individually adjust and set compression and rebound damping rates. By separating the adjustment for damping compression and rebound the ER Series allows you to dial the vehicle in to your exact needs. When braking hard whilst approaching a corner you want the car to transfer weight to the front tires to maximize grip for the braking effort and also to allow you to trail brake into the corner without the car understeering. Ride height adjustment: Ride height is determined by the position of the coil over bottom mount. The mount can be wound up and down the damper body to give a full range of adjustment. Because ride height is determined by an adjustable bottom mount rather than spring platform you retain full damper travel regardless of the ride height run. Know your protected from the elements! The damper units are black chromed steel to give superb durability even through the darkest of European winters. The aluminium components (top mounts, locking collars etc) are anodised and the steel lower mounts go through an electrophoretic disposition process followed by powder coating. A random selection of steel components (brackets, dampers, screws etc) are put through a salt spray test once a month to check the quality of the protective processes and that anti corrosive properties are kept at the highest possible standard. Our renowned TMS adjustable front sway bar / swaybar links for BMWs are now available in custom lengths, making them easy to order for any aftermarket or custom suspension setups. Simply measure for your ideal link length, and order the links with the best length range (below). Each sway bar link has a 10mm diameter mounting pin/stud, which is the typical factory/stock size for a universal fitment. These are sold by the pair, and each set includes two matching sway bar end links.

These end links offer the quiet operation and long life of "stock" BMW end links, but with the strength and adjustability of rod-end style sway bar links. These sway bar links can be used on a wide variety of BMWs and aftermarket BMW suspensions. When measuring, please consider that the length ranges of our Custom Adjustable end links are measured from the center to center on the end link mounting stud / pin, as shown in our diagram.

Note for E9X M3: the unique mounting on the M3 strut requires a set of our adapter seats (#TSU9912AF9). You can add them with your links from the menu below.

BMW’s are known to have failure prone front thrust arm bushings.  The flexible rubber bushings, even those found in M performance models, allow significant movement of the front wheels to maximize daily driving comfort, but also allow considerable alignment change.  This results in a disconnected and numb road feel, standing between you and a confidence inspiring driving experience.  Eventually the fluid filled rubber bushings fatigue and crack due to continual deflection and ozone degradation, and eventually the damping fluid leaks out resulting in complete failure. 

For the enthusiast looking for superior performance and longevity with a crisp, confidence-inspiring driving experience, our sealed ball joint monoballs are the best solution available!  Our experience with spherical front control arm ball joints go back to those we designed and used in our IMSA E90 328i and E92 M3 racecars (GS class Champions in 2011).  We wanted to offer E31, E32, E34, E38, E39, E53, E60, E63, E64, and E83 owners similar levels of handling precision and control for the track and street. 

The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise.  We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting.  The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment.  What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling.

We offer these thrust arms with the monoball bushings pre-installed for your convenience. Since BMW recommends the control arms be replaced for every other bushing change, we prefer to sell these as a pre-assembled set. The bushings are also available separately if you wish to source your own control arms.

The rear damping adjuster on coilovers is usually hidden under a bunch of hard to reach interior panels requiring you to remove carpet, panels and sometimes even the rear seat back in order to adjust the dampening on your BC rear coilovers. The BC Racing rear extender adjuster allow you to make these adjustments without removing the rear interior. Simple make two small holes in the interior above the adjuster and the extension can be passed through the interior panels. Now the adjustments can be performed from above.

Thick Delrin casings are used as the non-metallic solid bushing. Replacing your differentials rubber mounts with this kit will result in a snappier feel when cornering and better suspension performance. The stock rear trailing arm found on F22/23 2-Series and F3X 3 and 4-Series has already started showing that it's not up to the task of handling multiple track sessions. The rubber bushing that's connected to the rear subframe is too soft to prevent deflection and the sheet metal construction of the arm itself is prone to flexing and twisting. Turner's new Performance Rear End Links feature massive Teflon-lined FK 1/2" Bearings to provide the highest load capacity for use with stiffer aftermarket sway bars. Custom heat-treated Chromoly High Misalignment studs connect to the sway bar and offer extreme articulation capability (65 degrees) to prevent the end link from binding when used with different adjustment holes on aftermarket sway bars. The end links are length adjustable to eliminate preload on the sway bars, which can result from uneven settling of springs or uneven suspension heights from corner weighting. Blue Anodized 6061-T6 aluminum turnbuckles work in conjunction with the left and right-hand threaded rod ends for simple and precise adjustment. These Rear Trailing Arm Knuckle Bushing replace the rubber factory bushings (33326792551) attaching the lower trailing arm to the knuckle with a low friction teflon-lined spherical bearing. Replacing the OEM component with this bushing will allow for less deflection under heavy load, and less bind as the arm travels through its suspension. These bushings use the largest possible FK bearing in this location for increased longevity and lower NVH. The housing for the bearing is machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum and is CNC cut to +/- .001" tolerance to insure proper fitment. Sold as a pair. Made in the USA.

The stock Genuine BMW front "upper" control arms (31126855741 & 31126855742) are great for standard daily driving and occasional spirited driving, but they tend to fall flat on the track due to the soft hydrobearing bushings causing excess deflection, creating undesirable handling characteristics. In order to address this issue, Turner now offers new Performance Front Tension Rods with upgraded FK Spherical Bearings! These tension rods offer multiple benefits over stock control arms, helping to keep your BMW under control and on the track. The biggest upgrade over the stock control arm is the replacement of the rubber bushing with JMX hardened Teflon-lined low-friction FK Spherical Bearings. This allows for smooth control arm articulation, without the standard mushy feel you'd expect from rubber bushings. As a result, you get a more responsive feel that inspires confidence lap after lap! The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race. The liner offers a very high load carrying capacity and has greatly increased dynamic wear characteristics, offering robust reliability for both street and track use. Another benefit of these Performance Tension Rods is increased caster adjustment, allowing precise alignment for optimal turn-in response and to compensate for variances between left and right caster. These CNC'd billet aluminum control arms allow you to adjust roll center, camber, and track width easily and lock in your adjustments securely.

The construction of these control arms allows for significant weight savings, reducing unsprung weight, while maintaining high levels of strength that is up to track use and abuse. Instead of using traditional jam nuts, these Turner Control Arms utilize a pinch bolt and rotating clamp design that allows high clamping forces to lock in track width and camper specifications without making it difficult to keep bearings properly aligned. Stainless steel spacers are included to enable roll center correction for lowered vehicles. To further improve control arm operation over the OE design, these control arms use FK rod ends and high misalignment solid spherical bushings to get rid of binding and flex.
